Welcome, I see you're new around here. There is no exact date by the mod team yet; however, if you check this forum you will find out that the destination time listed on the time circuits will present the release date. In the time since then, "A Chinese Democracy", "Duke Nukem Forever" and "Telltale's BTTF" were made, played and forgotten about. Half Life 3 will be out before 0.2f is released.
