    Actually, YouTube Partners make revenue from advertisements on their videos. But if a partner had any copyrighted content, then it should be taken down. If it's just for entertainment, then it shouldn't.

    Videos taken down due to copyright claim by Viacom. I hate Viacom. Anyone remember when Viacom filed a suit against YouTube to let them see exactly who watched what?
