if prime cant use weapons then godzilla cant use any powers. in wich case it would be hand to hand and prime could easily trick godzilla into either killing himself or getting himself into a position from wich he could either tear his skull open with his hands or climb down his throat while tearing him apart at the same time. godzilla is big dumb and slow, prime is small (by comparison), fast, a tactical genious and made from material that by normal standards is nearly indestructable (i say normal standards because it would take technology greater or equal to his own to do any serious damage quickly, like for example megatron... lol)

fair call grim. and proton, remember that prime is made from far more advanced technology than anything on earth. his body would be maintained by some sort of nanotechnology. like in the first movie how scorpinoks tail starts to sort of "heal" itself in a similar way to human flesh. and the thing about godzillas atomic breath is he would have to actually HIT prime with it. wich would be an amazing feat in itself. again, prime distracts godzilla with a shiny thing, climbs up his back and slaughters him before he notices because he is a big dumb lizard. brains beat brawn

prime doesnt NEED the autobots, they just make things easier. godzilla does not in any way "take care of problems on his own" he isnt even self aware, hes a giant lizard that can breathe nuclear bombs. that doesnt mean hes smart. optimus could simply distract him with a shiny thing and go ahead and climb up his back and slice his head off. godzilla being so bloody dense wouldnt even remember that prime was THERE untill it's WAY too late

optimus primes weapons are designed to go through materials FAR denser than anything humans have discovered. godzillas skull would be like a marshmallow to him. also the fact that godzilla is a giant brainless lizard doesnt help. easily fooled. and optimus is one of the greatest fictional tactical minds ever.
