  1. hang on a minute, the video mini-me had is from vc, so it is possible in vc, and since every delorean has the same rear and front lights and the deloreans are basicly the same size, it wont be a problem! If only someone could create an .asi for vc, that would make CLEO work for vc, then blue would be having fun! PS: do you think its possible to turn headlights on and off in vc?

  3. wow you sure did a lot done, nice job . so let me get this straight, you've got the thing to spawn at 10:03, and it heads off at 10:04 doesnt the bell ring before 10:04??? i guess your just testing at the moment huh, take your time. PS: when you said: were you talking about my follow idea or GTA 3 BTTF, getting it done by now if i could code!
  4. id like it as a 0.2e addon, but i think it would be better to have it in 0.2f untill missions. gives you more time to work on it! Vote 1: Until Missions! EDIT: are you sure about it just being bttf 2 delorean? maybe you should add to the poll: A:until missions B:add-on 0.2e C:Until missions only bttf 2 delorean D:add-on 0.2e only bttf 2 delorean but......its your choice, i aint gonna push you, whatever you decide is fine with me. im just giving suggestions to help you out.
  5. Well i think its a great idea, and he has a point, we are not workin on missions for a long time. so it wouldnt hurt 0.2f if we put a spawner in, like... Shift-Num1 for BTTF 1, Shift-Num2 for BTTF 2, Shift-Num3 for BTTF 3, Shift-R for Railroad Delorean (you get the idea!) then when we hit 0.3a, we can remove it.....simple! And really what is the point of the garage, why dont we save that for when we have docs garage later and free up coding space, and make it so you can only spawn certain time machines in certain times. EG: 2015 onwards= BTTF 1 2 3, 1985-2015= BTTF 1 (no hook) 3, 1955-1985= BTTF 1 (hook optional) 3, 1885-1955= BTTF 3 and RR train available any year (like a saftey device if you get stuck in a year) Shift-T but if nobody likes the idea, i would be glad to support it being an addon for 0.2e. EDIT: i sound like a broken record dont I? im sorry if im annoying.
  6. thats really cool! I was just wondering though..... i was using vice studios the other day, and wanted to incorperate it into BTTF HV, unfortunatly since it uses C++ .asi file, it pushes aside the main.scm. do you think you could create a code, that you can spawn the BTTF 2 Delorean (time circuts and all!) and it stays there, until you press a 2 certain keys, EG: Shift-F (F for follow) and then the delorean will follow you at MAX speed and stop beside you. so i could set the time circuts, get out, hop in for example the hot ring racer, push Shift-F, the time machine travels at full speed after me, and then eventually it time travels. i think that would be a cool little add-on. or you could give me a tutorial on how to create a code like that, man if i could code, id have that GTA 3 mod half finnished by now!!!!

  8. No, i didnt have to code, its a ps2 game, theres a cheat that allows you to hack the camera. and thanks, i planning to use my "mad skills"..........in the future!
  9. @Mike: that picture was from one of the missing deleted scenes, doc touched the intact tires, and they turned to dust! i think it is the new release dvd from febuary 2009
  10. FYI: The Delorean wasn't CGI, it was a model infront of a blue screen. CGI Is a computer animated 3d model. (basicly the dff models of the deloreans in the mod) in the movie, they had models a bit bigger than the dicast models of the deloreans you can get today, on a steel beam on a machanicle arm infront of a blue screen. i dont know whether it was step motion capture or not but they captured it using croma keying. thats how they did it. then i think either the model had the green lights on it, or ILM edited it in with effects later on in post production. thats just my opinion PS: my dads a movie/special effects freak!

  14. ah! but you cant change the speed of the cars going along the car paths, there stuck at 40 mph or so, remember! so hows the delorean going to hit 88 mph? EDIT: No wait! Aggresive Drivers in the code, Got it! Still, you cant change the speed of the cars on the road due to them being hard coded in the game. What about memory addresses? Blue!

Wasnt it suggested a while ago, that in a later version of the mod (possibly 0.2f) that after you do the lightning run, whenever you go back to 1955 NOV 12 10:03, you see a low poly delorean going down the road and hitting the wire, basicly whaching yourself go back/foreward in time, and also if you go on the side of the low poly delorean with your delorean you can catch a trip again with it, but if for example you park your delorean in the middle of the road and you get out and the low poly delorean crashes into it, it explodes, and even if your far away, you die automaticly (paradox) Cant the low poly delorean be done with "spaths"?
  18. thats what id thought youd say blue, there great suggestions, but not for 0.2f why not for 0.2f?
  19. i think it should stay the way it is, but, the lightning scene, about 10 seconds before the alarm goes off, the engine dies, your franticly trying to start it, the code says it will only start when the horn is pushed at the same time as the starter, but the engine will only start with the horn after the alarm sounds (stops people from starting it to early, and movie accurate) so when you start up the engine, you have no choice but to accelerate. OR you could have the alarm ring a little earlly, but after the alarm you keep hearing the movie (hear we go, hear we go, this time come on. (pumps gas) please, please come on.........argh! (beep) VROOOM (thats when in the game the acctual TM engine starts up) HUH!.........Floors it (you have to time it right with the engine accelerating from the movie sound, not the alarm, if you go on the alarm you get there to early. What do you think of those overly long suggestions!!

How did you convert the model, did you use a dff to adf converter of somthing?, how did you do it? by the way its great!, even if its still WIP, some things you could change are the suspension (its too bouncy) and the headlights (you've got it set to use all 4 lights) And i'm guessing the problem with the wheels is that you tried to add custom wheels without changing the default.ide file to custom wheels on that car, so its still got the old gta 4 wheels inside/underneath the delorean wheels, thats why they are flickering, same thing happened to me on gta 3! Edit: also change the rear lights, they are to bright but its still brilliant!
