Well most phones that you buy are locked to a certain operator, like here if I buy a phone from Optus for example it can only use Optus not Telstra or anything else. They can be unlocked but it costs like $50 (Here it costs anyway). I'm not sure about other countries and operators.

I usually use my phone camera (2MP) but I have a 5MP digital camera which I use sometimes. I'm getting a 8MP camera phone soon (Samsung Innov8) waiting for it to arrive.
