bluespace88 9 Report post Posted January 19, 2009 oh i know why the time circuits turn on when you press the key and enter the car. The GetAsyncKeyState() command returns a most significant and least significant bit. Most is if the key is pressed at that instant, while least is if any key was pressed since the last call. Just had to add an and statement and now its all fixed ^^

Edfake 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 she's not lending it out to anyone. ahh, so thats half of why she chose c++, because its impossible to fully decompile
Dragon King 15 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 No it is because she loves C++ coding more than SCM coding.
Platina 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 the other reason being that there was no way she could get the keypad working using just scm coding.
Edfake 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 No it is because she loves C++ coding more than SCM coding. that is because c++ holds so many possibilites!! btw, i said thats HALF why she chose it
Platina 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 whether it could decompile or not was not a factor in her choosing C++.

Edfake 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 (edited) lol, i don't think he understood the grammar. no, i perfectly know what u said, that it wasnt a reason on choosing c++ and its possible to 'read' c++ compiled scripts Edited January 20, 2009 by edfake
Platina 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 didn't sound like it =P
Edfake 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 its possible to 'read' c++ compiled scripts and determine whats in the script, but we can never get it exact
Platina 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 good luck with that. Before compiling, the dll was split between 15 files.
Edfake 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 good luck with that. Before compiling, the dll was split between 15 files. im not doing it to your mod now, first comes the GTA-VC.exe (1/4 done) to remove script limit, then yours.
bluespace88 9 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 why do you even want to edit it? All the real time travel stuff is in the scm. All thats in the C++ file is the time circuits.
Edfake 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 why do you even want to edit it? All the real time travel stuff is in the scm. bluespace88 9 Report post Posted January 20, 2009 i'm not. I'm leaving just the time circuits in C++. A lot of scm stuff doesn't translate over to C++ well.
