Dragon King 15 Report post Posted April 1, 2010 Who do you think is the best actor for a horror/suspense movie? I didn't know how to word it correctly so anyways. I would have to choose Anthony Hopkins. Hannibal Lecter couldn't be played by anyone else but him. You take one look at him and you know he's a f**ked up person. And as he talks it sends chills down your spine. He truly is the best actor for a horror/suspense movie.

daangelo29 5 Report post Posted April 1, 2010 As far as I can recall, back when I was still a member of the junior critics club, I used to consider Sigourney Weaver (from "Alien", 1979) as the best horror movie actor. If you're talking about the "protagonist" of the horror element of the movie, it's Anthony Hopkins, for sure.

Carlos85G 22 Report post Posted April 2, 2010 @Grim: That's Tim Curry (playing as "Pennywise, the Dancing Clown" in Stephen King's "It" T.V. miniseries adaptation). He's really creepy there but it's more of a comedic actor. I'd agree with Hopkins as Lecter, I despice that character.
