daangelo29 5 Report post Posted September 11, 2009 The question is, will it beable to play the mods? Your graphics has Pixel Shader 2 support and 128 MB VRAM so it would be able to run them, but expect some lag. If you want references about laptop graphics, go to this site: http://www.notebookcheck.net/ATI-Radeon-Xp...200.3775.0.html Look at the list of laptop graphic chipsets on the right. Almost all of them are shown by class. Class 1 graphics would the highest-end ones. Yours is Class 5 graphics, so basically it's low-end (an IGP; in fact it's lower than low-end). :/ As for the performance checks, however, don't trust them when you're checking Intel graphics lol. They have little knowledge on how to use Intel GPU drivers properly. For instance, the site says my laptop's graphics (GMA 4500MHD; Class 3 graphics) runs FEAR at a maximum of 6 fps in maximum settings, but last time I checked it was 11-13 fps. daangelo29 5 Report post Posted September 11, 2009 There's actually a huge difference between X1200 and X1300. X1300 has Pixel/Vertex Shader 3 and a dedicated 256 MB video memory (obviously better than shared memory), so it's basically the best among the Class 4 laptop GPUs. See the list in the site and you'll see X1300 being in the top of all Class 4/5/6 laptop GPUs. You can even run Bully: Scholarship Edition with it. @gtabttffan: You only mentioned the processor. daangelo29 5 Report post Posted September 11, 2009 I never said anything about his GPU not being able to run SA. I said it can run it, but it will have some lags which are nothing he can't deal with.
Joe Statler 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2009 (edited) Actually after I did a dxdiag I found out it has 256mb of vram, and I'm going to see if I can overclock the CPU. Edited September 11, 2009 by Joe Statler

bluespace88 9 Report post Posted September 20, 2009 Just got the new diamond select delorean. Definitely a lot bigger. The sunstar only reaches up to the rear of the front wheels. However, since it is more plasticky, it weighs less then a sunstar. Runs on 3 AA As for accuracy....its about the same as a sunstar model. A little bit more accurate in coloring schemes, but the mold is most definitely sunstar's. And lights: It has headlights, tail lights, vent lights (red), flux capacitor (flashes), dashboard, time circuit display (not that great), and coils. The sound is awesome though. It has 10 different sound sequences, including: 1) First Time Travel 2) Car Trouble (plutonium empty) 3) Revving up and winding down 4) Opening door 5) Rev up and peel out 6) Engine Startup 7) Return from time travel 8) Return from time travel to screeching halt 9) time circuits engaged 10) no power Each comes with its own light sequence, like only time travel has coils on, and its initiated by pushing on the holder for the hook (and no, there is no hook sadly)
