I think the necks width is fine just lose a little height. I think the model looks great apart from whats already been mentioned. It looks a lot more like the person its supposes to than a lot of SA models i've seen.

I've been thinking about the effects of the gate

and I've had an idea

it is possible to make the gate open up with this effect like this?

I was thinking that using cloud and smoke particles to make it look like the one in the video would be no problem, but, do you think it may lag? :)

We're on GTA SA ... The particle system of Garrys mod is 2x better ... It's very difficult for SA to make effects like that ... And we can't use a lot of particles at the same time in SA ...

It's not necessary to use a lot of particles, use a few ones, not too many

you can try using a much particles as the game can handle without problems

give it a shot! ^^

We will try but as I said , we can't put a lot of particles ... We have 7 particles , and sometimes 8 particles for the chevrons , the kawoosh has 3-4 particles . But if you put for example ... I don't know ...26 particles on the kawoosh , it wont be good for the bad PCs ...

can't the chevrons use a model with 2dfx apllied instead of particles (like with blues bttf mod for the coils)?

then that would free up the particles used for the chevrons and because they would be attached to the gate there would be no lag.

already try and they can't really work due to the invisible object , they make a strange object at the place of the object if we use dexx tools , and the light chevron are already attach to the gate.

I know that it can go underwater, and I know about the drones too ^^

but I was talking about the pods disabling automatically when you enter the water like in the video ;)

I hope that you make the sounds for the jumper and the ships XD

since they sound like planes in the game, it doesn't fit! :P , it's a spaceship after all right? not a plane XD

maybe I can make the sounds for you if you want

just let me know ^^

one more thing about the invisibility...

the enemies shouldn't see you or know were you are if you understand what I mean ^^

I was wondering...

how do you go to space in V2? by ascending and ascending and ascending until you get there?

or I'll have to wait until the release to know? :)
