  1. All these ideas were already categorized as "not possible" a long time ago. The Search function is your friend. The only half possible feature is the freezing, which is already represented by the cold steam right after temporal displacement, but the freeze map on top of everything, predicting fire trails, flux capacitor and SID aren't doable in GTA-VC. Closed.
  2. Remove the Read-Only flag from your GTA-VC folder properties. And why 0.2D?.
  3. @Grim: That's Tim Curry (playing as "Pennywise, the Dancing Clown" in Stephen King's "It" T.V. miniseries adaptation). He's really creepy there but it's more of a comedic actor. I'd agree with Hopkins as Lecter, I despice that character.

I suppose randomly, like you're just driving around town and suddenly you see the DeLorean or train (either driving or flying) and Doc might time travel (already speeding or starting from a complete stop), reload Mr. Fusion, take off into the sky, something only Doc could do. The first letdown I see is trying to teach the engine how to use the throttle on the time machines, being a completelly custom function.
  5. The flying DeLorean's speed depends on how fast your computer is and Vice City's physics engine, specially going up like in the ending of BTTF1. You can change the values on handling.cfg, Google is your friend for that.
  6. Do we really need ANOTHER K.I.T.T. - DeLorean mix-up, now for SA?... Also, nothing new on the DeLorean model itself, so it's NOT NEW, and it's definetively NOT YOURS. Please, everybody with this idea, CEASE AND DESIST!, it's not original anymore, it has become annoying.

  9. If I understand correctly, he wants Doc to get in a DeLorean and time travel like when Doc leaves Marty at his house and goes to 2015.
  10. Fuzion again... Ugh... You just welded the vertices that get bugged when you import any DeLorean to 3DS. Current (0.2E) models don't have that. Stop making problems and then fixing them. LEAVE THE GAME MODELS AS THEY ARE! NO, you CAN'T release them, there's nothing different to release.
  11. I'm more a Rock/Heavy Metal guy. Those are nice but, I don't know if it makes any sense, sounds too "Pop" for me. Coming from Argentina, Rata Blanca FTW (I know the special effects are the most cheesiest of all, but I don't care ): " width="600px" height="361px">" /> And, of course, the undescribable genius of Les Luthiers (understanding Spanish is a MUST for the video, mostly because Les Luthiers is conformed by luthier-and-musician humorists; so, the dialog and lyrics are as important as the music): I'll post mexican music when some good music group comes to my mind.

  16. Only one member codes the SA version. SA Team is not exactly the same as the VC one. This way would mean that Hill Valley coudn't be as big as it is. Besides, the islands would have to be REALLY far away from each other so that: 1) You can't see them when looking to the horizon. 2) You can't just fly to them. Changing the buildings through code is the easiest, smartest way of changing Hill Valley as you time travel. Map boundaries can easily be changed in both SA and VC.

These suggestions are really good and could really improve the gaming experience (although, even if the mission has several ways of finishing, the outcome would be the same), the only setback I see is the restrictions the game engine has; not only to what you can do, but also the resources you're allowed to use. You probably know that the DMC-13, KITT, Tutorial and Ride mission had to get the axe due to code restructuration and SCM file size, because the code needed for these features was in a particular section (MAIN, the code of the features used for free-roam functions) that has a predefined size that we currently don't know how to change; well, the same happens to missions. Missions go in a part of the file that is quite empty now, but can't be used for other thing that's not a mission. Even the whole file has a predefined max size. The main goal of the mod's storyline is to mimic the Trilogy as accurate as possible, but we won't know if it'll fit in the file until we're ready to code it in and until we have all the necesary elements. However, if the storyline fits and there's enough room, I don't see why it can't be done, if the team's mission writers and coders agree. The mod will probably have more releases after v1.0. Of course, we're still quite some time away to know, so we're not worrying about it now , we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Maybe BACKINTIME, Blue or Mini-Me should give their oppinions on the topic.
  19. That would be correct. You'd (mostly) pick up the role of Marty and his actions in the entire trilogy and, because Doc has the time machines, you would not have [free] access to them just until you finish the whole canon story. As any sandbox-free-roam game, your actions on the storyline will affect the enviroment you're on. Of course, after the whole story is finished, the player would most likely have free access to the time machines and the game would include certain elements for you to be able to change the Present or the Future on some degree.
