  1. You can't hear someone talking about an absent girl and not ask that
  2. We'll most likely make a transcript. At least, I can volunteer for that.
  3. Although Gary has made A LOT of research for the BTTF DMC community, Fight Club added more details that were considered lost. Let's say: Fight Club > Gary Weaver II just like Einstein > Newton (as in "improved" and not "beats").
  4. We'll make an audio interview and post it for download.
  5. If you mean this video: Mr. Pike there is actually talking about what most people that have seen BTTF know, but nothing too deep. That, and he didn't take out the rear window, no hardware in front of Mr. Fusion, mesh clips too big, lower part of the vents looks like a mock-up, silver heatsinks behind the seats instead of golden, still no wires on the dashboard, side tubes (too thin) going from the vents are being put in place by metal rings screwed to them and dangle all the way to the back plate, time circuits on top of the center console instead of covering it, etcetera... And, oh yeah, it's an automatic... Probably requested by the buyer, but not accurate at all... So, basically, yeah, if you get that car claiming it's screen-accurate, you'd be getting conned. J. Ryan's DMC is more accurate than VideoBob's. Also, you might just be trolling anyway.
  6. VideoBob tends to make his convertions "look cool" despite of them being inaccurate. Want accurate and cool?, http://www.offto55.com/board/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=106 Some of the minor things inaccurate are the '83 door pull-straps (the car itself is an '83) and the exhausts (he left them to make it street-legal) but I'm O.K. with those
  7. Well, imagine seeing that explosion from a side view: it'll look flat... and unanimated.
  8. http://bttfhillvalley.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=1342 The Search engine is your friend. Modelling and texturing: done, animations: done, special effects: in process. Closed.
  9. The number of coronas used is already at its limit. You can't add any more coronas without lagging or glitching. It's the same reason why you can only see 3 sparks generating from the dispersal coils at the same time. Each time one spark dissapears, another one can appear without problems.
  10. Not only that, but that all versions of BTTF:HV were made using a stripped-down main.scm; so, no properties to buy, no strip clubs to go into... all that stuff.
  11. O.K., I'm gonna lock this now. I think everybody's got their share of fun by this time.
  12. How many times do I have to keep merging your posts, 71KR117? No double-posting, edit your previous post.
  13. Yes, that has been answered. The difference between driving NPCs and flying NPCs is that the flying ones fly in perfectly-defined, scripted paths, without changing its course, while driving NPCs have a hardcoded AI that follows a path and can actually change its course whenever it finds a crossroad, without it using code. VC has limited coding room and the free-roam features almost fills it completelly. So, no AI for the flying NPCs means no flying NPCs... yet...
  14. "I swear I didn't know she was 8" And, of course, the other two are just wrong if you're old enough.
  15. I was browsing through TellTale forums and found a post that tells us what to expect to be considered canon or not, and more or less answering the question "Is this supposed to be a BTTFIV?" http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17811 Post # 17 by Sinaz20, member of the design team.
  16. You can always transfer all that to an external HDD or burn the files on lots of DVDs. Formatting is always the last resource.
  17. Thanks. @Carlos_McFly, your sig is too big, you must change that.
  18. Theron, I already talked to Mike, you can ask that deleted question.
  19. Trend Micro has never been good for me. It's like Norton: they're the most prestigious, so they're the most attacked as well. @Coolest: Changing the hard drive?!, I'd have first low-level format my HDD with another PC before changing it due to a virus... A solution too drastic for just an annoying malware.
  20. Which malware removers are you using?, have you tried Malwarebytes' Antimalware or Dr. Web Cure-it? Some viruses close the antimalware process once they've recognized the process name. Helps if you change the name of the executable file. Dr. Web Cure-it can work while in safe mode, but Malwarebytes can't.
  21. Yep, they fold, but not like the ones on the DeLorean. The front ones go down until they get enough room to rotate 90°; the rear ones go down until the tire is out of the main chassis, rotates 90° and then the retractor goes back up into the rear wing, so the folded tire is close to the undercarriage. Fuzion already posted the references.
  22. Well, Carlos, we'll first deal with the main features and worry about the dialogs later, when we have actual characters that speak. Translating... Bueno, Carlos, primero nos encargamos de las características primarias y luego nos preocupamos por los diálogos, cuando tengamos personajes que hablen.
  23. Hover mode's already in-game, but no effects, so, no picture yet.
  24. Seeing that this is no longer a secret, I'm posting the new taxi model that will be packed in 0.2F This one is not invincible.
  25. I thought the one with the "Timeline Preservation Police" really doesn't fit the BTTF universe. It sounds like "Time-Cop", too dystophian for BTTF, IMO. The only plausible explanation I see would be if someone else developed time travel and made it public. The other 3 scenarios sound fun.
