I don't believe in pirating since the OS might be worse than an actual OS would be if I were to buy it... Imagine in the future you can pirate video cards like Programs...

I think it is a rip off to buy XP because the computer already came with Vista. Vista cost $150 for Basic which means if the computer came with no OS my estimated guess would be the computer would be $50-$100 less.

I have two internal drives, one with XP and one with ME, I wish both operating systems can be used at the same time and the HP computer is a desktop costing $598 with a monitor Speakers but with a Vista operating system.

I don't want to spend $100 for Windows XP and I don't believe in pirateing since my parents would buy it for me anyway, I'm looking for a computer with 3 PCI-Express Slots one PCI Slot, 2 GB or ram a 3.0 GHz CPU A monitor (if possible), speakers, and Windows XP... I found a similar one with Vista from HP.

A way to fit a PCI-Express Graphics card into a computer with a PCI slot only and an ACP slot only, so basically my computer has no PCI-E slot, but my graphics card requires a PCI-E slot.......

What's your favorite Total conversion mod for GTA SA, VC, and 3?

GTA VC doesn't copy wheels and you need to convert the DFF to get good lights and the texture needs to be compressed to 16 bit.

My computer doesn't accept PCI-Express cards, but it accepts PCI cards and those boxes to put them in are too expensive.

Use ACDSee 7 and compress the texture to 16 bit, although the lights problem is usually because you didn't convert the DFF well.

Have you used TXD workshop to decompress the texture then where it says GTA San Andreas change it to GTA Vice City then save it and use it and how did you get thet far?
