RG 1 Report post Posted October 23, 2010 Coincidence, but a very epic one. Having no relation to BttF and still managing to reference it is quite an achievement.
Joe Statler 0 Report post Posted October 23, 2010 I would say a very subtle reference. It's too perfect not to be one.
Orgcon 11 Report post Posted October 23, 2010 Have none of you even taken into consideration what that 3-pronged shape represented, before it was used as the distinctive shape of the Flux Capacitor!? I bet you havent... Shapes like that have been found in cave drawings and pictagrams from thousands of years ago. And even today I still see things all around me that remind me of flux capasitor shapes.

The Black Swordsman 1 Report post Posted October 29, 2010 I've seen a lot weirder stuff than that. I think the creators of BTTF should be flattered. They have now taken the vague 3 pronged logo and engraved their own idea into people's minds. It's almost like taking credit for fire or reinventing the wheel.
