  1. They probably will eventually; it's just not important right now. I also hope they fix the start of the game, to make it so you're in 1985, not 2008.
  2. Wait, why is Biff here? If Marty is going to pick up Jennifer, then technically it would be the 80s, and Biff would be in his 40s. No real interest in harassing a kid when his father would do, right?
  3. I wouldn't have a problem with that if it was mostly California/barcode plates. The problem is, it's mostly Florida... in California.
  4. You should probably read the first post. You can't come back. It's a one way trip.
  5. If anyone likes music videos, I actually found a damn good one of BTTF3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=19uXQVwOqPs (can someone fill me in on how to embed the video too?)
  6. Question. Who's the real head guy behind this? You or Delorean88us?

I honestly thought you were him at first.

  7. It's more than just that, and no, it's not because of looks. It's not worth explaining; just take my word for it.
  8. That's just not me. When I get attached to someone (for good reason), I can't just throw them aside like that. Especially considering how much I wanted to get to know her, there's always hope I'll see her again. It's not like the entire world; it's a concentrated spot. The fact I ever found her to begin with was lucky, so you can always get lucky again. I don't dwell on it, but I remain hopeful.
  9. Have no clue about coding, but ideas is all I can offer. As for urgency... my best guess is to have a time limit. That worked pretty good in Vice City.
  10. He should definitely be firing a shotgun at you. Get away before you get killed or damage the time machine too much. He's on foot, but he's a crack shot. You should fail the mission if you run him over though, might screw up history, scare people into thinking there's some alien killing people, etc. I think that's at least how it should play. Shouldn't be too hard for Vice City.
  11. To just come up with like that is kind of hard. We should do a specific "What shall we do for this one part?" one by one. It'll be a whole lot easier to come up with ideas that way.
  12. You mean like adding things between them? I always liked the small ones like getting to school on time, or someone even suggesting having Doc collect parts for the time machine, etc. I have a question regarding cut scenes; you guys can't animate the figures to move, mouth and all like in Vice? Thought I'd ask since the ones in BTTF the ride, they're just standing there, and I figured that's pretty much the best you can do since you didn't actually WRITE the game.
  13. The funniest incident with me and a hoverboard was I stole one from some guy and instead of knocking me off, he just climbed on too. And since the passenger on scooters (it's a scooter in the game) just hops on the back, it looked like Tommy just picked up his boyfriend for a hot date.
  14. I can honestly say, no. They've carjacked other cars, but I didn't think they could even touch the Delorean. I would have liked to see that. The closest I came to that story was in Vigilante mode (in the actual Vice City game), I had an FBI Washington shooting down a convoy of criminals and the vehicle exploded and crashed right atop of my car. It was just then this prick tried to lift my car (but luckily the wreckage blocked him). I had to pull him out twice. I would love to see that happen in BTTF. Did he actually time travel, or not?
  15. The fact that games like that even existed is what drew me so much to this mod. It's like, I only wanted to just drive the damn car and do stuff and apparently, that was just too hard to do in games. Even in the decent Super Back to the Future II (Japanese), it was a good game, but you couldn't drive the car. The car is the most important object in the entire trilogy. So, when I first saw posts of this mod, I couldn't wait to play it. Even just driving around is more than I could have hoped.
  16. I think I'm glad I'm not such a rabid collector then. I'm more of a fan of moderation; just because you like something doesn't mean you have to buy EVERYTHING of it that exists.
  17. I haven't seen this topic (well, one that isn't buried underneath 9000 pages), so I thought I'd ask. What better to ask on a forum full of people who love a time travel. So this is the scenario: You can travel back or forward to any day, but there's no way back and it's only one choice, which would you pick? Give a reason too. For me, I'd probably pick February 22, 2010 Yes, this year. I get depressed just thinking about it... There was this one girl who was possibly my perfect match ever that I didn't talk to the very last time I saw her, on that date. I still keep hoping for another chance, but dammit, you just can't rely on it like that. So stupid. That date just exists to haunt me forever.
  18. I'd rather see examples of it before I decide to play it or buy, so then you won't end up regretting it if turns out it's not good. But, I'm just careful like that.
  19. I'm curious if anyone has ever messed around with some of the game mechanics. I've done a few strange things: Firstly, you set it to cutscene time travel and just that very second you disappear, hit enter to jump out of the car. The cutscene never ends and eventually the Delorean falls from the sky, followed by the player seconds later. The Delorean is fatally spawned, no time circuits, speedometer or anything until you fix it at Sunshine Autos. Another thing I've done. I've flown in the BTTF Delorean to the top of a building, shot it until it was flaming, then hopped in, and gunned it off the building. The car explodes mid-air, but still time travels. Instead of spawning at the hospital, I always seem to spawn in front of the Little Havana Police station. I got shot at another time and time traveled while flaming. That one was standard. It appeared and I leapt out and it exploded. There's also another when you're flying in the BTTF2 Delorean. If you're midair and suddenly press enter (turns the car off) you can't steer left or right and the only thing that works are the thrusters. With this activated the Delorean just goes everywhere, like it's unaffected by gravity, loops, bouncing off buildings. There's also a strange occurrence with the nth dimension I seem to run into. Get your car damaged enough and switch to instant (it happens more often that way). Sometimes you arrive in a Vice City that is just completely full of water and you drown everywhere. It's kinda fun to try and get out of it. You need a hover car, but you have to haul ass to try and get into one before you drown. All the peds, everything, everyone drowns. Just wondering if anyone else had any other kind of stories where they've played around like that.
  20. I'm not sure how the mechanics work, but you don't have to stick to the same amount of missions that Vice City uses, do you? You can utilize its features to make your own missions, right? Like a template that you just build off of.
  21. Wow, Mattel. I was sure Diamond Select would be the first ones to jump on this. I like the fact that the clothes are real clothes. Cool, but I've always been more a vehicle guy, not so much people in terms of collectible figures.
  22. I expected it wouldn't be able to Time Travel, but it was fun enough to be able to gun down criminals in it. That was my biggest complaint with Vice City; it had to be a police vehicle. Since Vigilante is my favorite part of the game, being able to just do it in any Delorean is pretty awesome. I like the car as long as it runs, time travel or not
  23. Haha. I've almost gotten carjacked, even in BTTF. I always aim my rocket launcher at those peds. Blow em to cinders.
  24. I would say that actually has more to do with the player than the actual character.
