I'm actually impressed. Even though the textures are basic, it adds a little more life to the square. The court House could use better textures for the pillars and stairs

right click VC's EXE. It's vista's fault
-
Issue is the Operating System is Vista. I had the same issues on vista. Right click the exe and change compatibility to XP Service Pack 2 or 3. Not that it will help much.

The first computer was a Pad and Pencil It kept data, helped with math, played games had some issues with space and memory but you get the point Hell, it even sent messages often intercepted by teachers or other higher authority figure XD

Don't double-check the read-only setting, it resets if you do. Just uncheck it hit ok and don't look at it again. and if the game installs/plays just fine with that disc than it's not the disc.
-
Perhaps you didn't hear me..... I vote AGAINST keeping him here XD
-
I can offer some advice. Advice #1: Before installing, remove read-only on the entire rockstar folder. Advice #2: When installing MAKE SURE the path is correct. My VC Copy adds a - in the folder name so I have to change the install path accordingly.

Well sadly, that's how it works. After a major disaster, people point fingers as to who is at fault. Obviously , no one could have seen this coming. HOWEVER, since Japan is on a fault line they should have take better care at making sure buildings were Earthquake safe. This Nuclear Power Plant issue could have been avoided if the proper measures were taken to protect the building from something like this. I do send my condolences to those who have lost a loved one and pray for their safety from this nuclear meltdown.
