I'm back at CLEO mod work. Here's another (minor) BTTF Tweak I planned to be working on that I forgot to mention earlier: GTA-style digital speed-o-meter. And I mean something like in the (earlier versions of the) Knight Rider mod, or in this video -- " width="600px" height="361px">" />" width="600px" height="361px" allowFullScreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" /> This mod will be for the sake of those who like mods with traditional GTA-style HUDs, like myself lol. I'm also thinking of traditional-izing the Time Circuits HUD.

  5. Neat conversion. This makes me wanna continue my CLEO mods lol. Yup, they most likely won't allow you to release them, since these models may be copyrighted. But I think it wouldn't hurt to ask the mod-hosting site first before assuming they won't.

  10. I'm thinking of using the molotov c**ktail flame for the fire trails. I tried making the current fire trail smaller, but I just mess the thing up. Next "Tweaks" to work on: Crysis BTTF mod-style instant time travel, and quick re-entry (ala first time travel experiment; this one's gonna involve some SFXs) @RG: I'm working on your requested mod, btw. Do note though that once I release it, be sure to get rid of the BTTF mod's engine.cs script because that works pretty much the same. (press "I" to turn on or off the engine).
  11. No you don't need to change the canvas size to your screen resolution anymore. Just PrtScr, open Paint, make the canvas size smaller than your resolution, and then paste and save. Paint will just resize the canvas to the size of the image you paste. It's kind of obvious you haven't touched Windows for a while (or at least used it as a main OS for a while).

  14. As a fan myself, I'll also buy the game regardless of the developer. But don't expect me finishing it if it's terrible. @Grim: Me thinks the Bobs will keep an eye on the game, making sure they get everything right.

  18. Forgot to mention the implosion is a part of the wormhole, so when I said the implosion is not yet complete, I also meant the wormhole is not yet complete, too. (technically, the wormhole you're seeing with the sample script goes toward the DeLorean at near 88 mph (the entering-the-wormhole effect), enlarges and becomes the implosion itself) Gonna re-release the sample pack, this time with some updates on the code and the source code included.
  19. The sample scripts are now up. They include: - Glow-y wormhole - Glow-y implosion - New re-entry explosions - Engine sounds Things to take note: - You'll need version 0.1.3.2 with the latest source code installed (2010/02/28). - Be sure to back-up the timetravel.s and effects.fxp scripts before installing this pack. - The glow-y implosion is not yet finished. Still need to tidy up some things like coordinates. And, because this rely on the player's coordinates, you shouldn't try or test this out with RC mode lol. Well, not until I update the code. - Engine sounds script is also not yet finished.

I can't do vids because I don't have FRAPs and the like (I'm using a laptop, btw) and I don't have that much time to do so, and pictures because when I try to make a screenshot the effects disappear from view. Here's however a good screenshot of the glow-y wormhole and wormhole lighting effect I did (all else are crap; the coil glow and wormhole disappeared in those screenshots for some reason): Anyway, that sample download I promised would be coming up very soon. If any of you can make a progress vid based on the sample download (without the effects going invisible), that would be nice.
  21. I finally managed to pull out a Crysis BTTF-style fire trails ...but unfortunately, the fire trails seem to disappear in a near distance. It's a good start, though. I'll try and see if it can be fixed, otherwise I'll go to Plan B. I'll release a sample of the new re-entry explosions and pre-time travel fire trails soon.
  22. This hoverboard does work and and is indeed floating, but that's because it's above a magnet. The BTTF hoverboard works with the Earth's gravity, and no human is capable of creating such technology especially in a skateboard, well not yet at least. Transportation technology that uses such principle and technology does however exist -- there are trains of such kind (I recall trembling like f*ck as a kid when I first rode on one, I mean seriously the train literally floats from the f*cking track LMAO). I'll be surprised if we'll rely so much on such technology sometime in future that we'd turn all roads magnetic. Yeah, that would be a dream! XD
  23. I wonder though, why are large-size burgers in America and other countries that damn HUGE? Our large size here in the Philippines is considered medium or small size in America.
