    Is it just me?

That's some serious spec's. My XPS graphics card only just makes the recommended spec.
  2. No because that converter is to convert Server 2003 to XP

No particle effects is the reason BTTF SA will never be superior to the VC version.
  4. The Windows XP memory limit (at least with Service Pack 3) is 3.5GB RAM. For those wanting to run a full 4GB RAM I would strongly recommend installing a copy of Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, and then installing the "Windows Server 2003 - XP Conversion Pack" from Windows X Live http://www.windowsxlive.net/windows-server...conversion-pack
  5. The floor is fine as it is. We made the decision to keep it as sand.

If you want my opinion, it's nothing to do with what Service Pack you are running.

Edited slightly for you. I actually run Service Pack 3.

I don’t get all these crash issues people are complaining about. I finally installed 0.2e & all updates yesterday, and the game runs just fine for me. My specs: Dell XPS M1530 Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 (2.50GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 6 MB L2 cache) 4 GB 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM (2x2048) NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT with 256MB dedicated graphic memory 200GB Seagate SATA hard drive (7200RPM) Was running Windows Vista Home Premium when I bought it, however within a few daysI upgraded it to Windows XP Professional 32 bit running Service Pack 3. I would hazard a guess that providing you have a fairly decent spec PC, running Windows XP 32 bit, then you should have very few problems with the mod, so long as you install all the updates (including Dragon Kings updated .exe file) Additionally, I never use either of the save features, I always start a new game, which could potentially aid stability.

    Drive-in

Oh well, you'll just have to make sure you get the line up correct

    Drive-in

Don't forget you need room to hit 88 miles per hour.
  11. Mark, in light of your recent work, and the fact you are producing consistent well modelled props, we are adding you to the BTTF Hill Valley Mod Team. Welcome to the team Mark
  12. Looks cool with blue coils. Did you have to remap the textures in the end?
  13. I think this should be in Cars and Vehicles Car looks good though.
  14. Because you need permission to release it. Imagine you’d spent a lot of time and effort into making a model for the game, and then someone released updated textures for it without asking you first, you wouldn’t exactly be pleased were you. It’s even worse if the person who released the updated texture also starts taking credit for the model. It’s quite like the guys with the Spanish forum, they never asked for permission to use our logo/background (from both the old and new forum), now, we spent considerable time making the logos etc, so for someone to affectively steal them, it just wee weees us off. Rant over, and breath
  15. I need to speak to Carlos about a couple of texture mapping changes on the model, but I haven't seen him online to speak to for a few days. Hence why I've been having some fun with the Gold time machines.
  16. Yes, that is very easy to do, however if you want Gold Coils you'd need t make that yourself. I should really get around to making a gold texture for the silver Mr Fusion base.
  17. Hmmm, what looks better, Silver or Gold Coils?

    Doc's Garage

Ace, did you speak with Nightshade and get a list from him on what's already been done? If I remember correctly I think Nightshade has modeled Doc's Mansion, though I'm not sure if that extends to the garage. Maybe worth checking with him first, just don't want to see anyones time get wasted on modeling things that are already done.
  19. Also, keep in mind he only reviews bad games.
  20. Gold Coils Quick Vid - Gold Folding Wheels are awesome (excuse the poor audio overdub, thought i was better than listening to silence) http://s444.photobucket.com/albums/qq170/M...gold_wheels.flv
  21. Does this answer your question? (However these will not be released, I only have permission for the original DMC-12)
  22. With regards to the actual gold texture, If you compare the side shots beow of the real thing, I don't think it's a million miles away from what I have in game. If it was made more yellow then it would look unrealistic. 23. Ok, you'll need to ask Pantherclaws that question.
  24. Give me a minute and I'll tell you.
