Ronnyboy 2 Report post Posted November 6, 2008 Well, I would state about what you can do in your life to get there. What challenges you can overcome, how you can do what no one else has done. That kind of stuff.
ELBdelorean 2 Report post Posted November 6, 2008 Wow. Thanks. Ronnyboy, that helped
Ronnyboy 2 Report post Posted November 6, 2008 Wow. Thanks. Ronnyboy, that helped No problem, I had to write a monologue last year on what I plan to do in the future. It was pretty funny too. "I will own the great DeLorean built by the hands of Irish men, then re-build it to Doctor Emmet L. Brown's dreams!"
ELBdelorean 2 Report post Posted November 6, 2008 Did you present it in front of the class?
Ronnyboy 2 Report post Posted November 6, 2008 Did you present it in front of the class? Oh yeah, I even got a suit, suit pants, and I did my hair back Italian style. Did you do yours yet?
ELBdelorean 2 Report post Posted November 6, 2008 No, I needed to get an idea. Then I'll start writing it tomorrow. This sucks...
Ronnyboy 2 Report post Posted November 6, 2008 No, I needed to get an idea. Then I'll start writing it tomorrow. This sucks... Try and have some fun with it. I mean, I usually write stuff like I am speaking so it will sound more realistic. A lot of writers will just write with no voice or character. Definetly try and throw in some character. If you would like, I can use my awesome AP English skills to help you with it.

Ronnyboy 2 Report post Posted November 7, 2008 (edited) harriet tubman I think has got it down. Also, use examples from real life in your monologue. Compare yourself and what you will do to live your life to the fullest like someone else. Edited November 7, 2008 by Ronnyboy
EarthwormJim 1 Report post Posted November 7, 2008 its a monoplouge, as in he reads it out IN CHARACTER. it doesnt have to be a real person does it? a person who lives their lives to the fullest would -help humanity -get laid ALOT -get wasted with his or her mates heaps -get married -have kids -earn lots of money -smoke -have tried every drug that wouldnt kill you from one usage -still be friends with the same people they were friends with when they were 10 yep..
