Mini-Me 24 Report post Posted September 30, 2009 Hey folks, I did a little test with a bigger video embed, but I figured it is too big. Talking to Mike he told me it's fine to him, so I now want you to vote how you like to have it. Click this link to see a big embed. Click this link to see the actual embed. Now give your vote! bluespace88 9 Report post Posted October 1, 2009 doubt it. It freezes the browser for a minute or more. The tab in chrome's case.
Mini-Me 24 Report post Posted October 2, 2009 So it harms the whole browser if you scroll over the player? Should we do this then?: On pageload there'll be a standard image showing you there "is" a video with a text on it that tells you to click the image to view the video When doing this it gets replaced by the actual player, most likely as I did it here (used mouseover instead). Mini-Me 24 Report post Posted October 2, 2009 (edited) Does this load the page normally? *link removed* So only when clicking it it might do the freezing. EDIT: Added to the board, example: Edited October 5, 2009 by Mini-Me Updated to newer version again
Mini-Me 24 Report post Posted November 10, 2009 Doesn't matter anymore. If someone dislikes the standard size he can change it on his own .
