  1. Did you try to reinstall? Oh, and this topic would probably be best posted in Off Topic.
  2. Here is the one I use, and I have Windows 7: http://goo.gl/xYdTr Oh, and I meant to replace like french.gxt with your modded one. That way, you have two american.gxt's at once. One modded and one without.
  3. Oh, I forgot. Rename the modded GXT to one of the other GXT's and replace it.
  4. Modify the GXT like I did. I have 2 american GXT's. One says Click to Show Time Circuits. The other says Click to Hide Time Circuits. Toggle between them in the Languages menu. Use a GXT editor.
  5. Here is what you are looking for: http://youtu.be/RdzKFdddFIk Or http://youtu.be/72Z6nQQe6jQ I recommend the first link. These are not my mods.
  6. Thanks! For some reason, that line is :T_CIRC_133 in my code. Anyway, it's fixed! The problem is solv-ed.
  7. I haven't been to the future recently, I'll have to find out and get back to you.
  8. Can you give me like the 5 lines before and after :T_CIRC_126? I should be able to tell where it is in my code then.
  9. I am editing timecircuits.cs from this mod here: http://youtu.be/RdzKFdddFIk
  10. After all, this is Doc Brown you're talking about. His techniques are sometimes questionable.
  11. Actually, can you tell me where @T_CIRC_126 is in the code? (Surrounding parts). I just checked. In my code, there is no @T_CIRC_126.
  12. Where do I add the jump @T_CIRC_126? I have a return command at the end.
  13. Thanks, I tried that. Now it crashes instead of snapping me to the middle of the car when I get out. I had an idea. If I could get it to teleport me and then end that section of the code and allow me to move around (Ignore the year). That might work. Like an end sub command.
  14. Thanks. I tried your suggestion, but it still gives the same result. My car is still stuck and can't move, and when I get out of the car, I seem to snap to the center of the car and remain immobilized. I think the problem is the year. I want it to go to the location, but not stay there. Hmmm...
  15. I've been making a teleport code for the BTTFSA mod, and I've run into some trouble. I added a section of code like so: And a gosub at the beginning to call to it: gosub @T_CIRC_6080 However, when I time travel, I can't move from the designated position I chose. I am probably missing something, but I can't seem to find it. I would appreciate any coding advice. See you here...or there... -BTTFModMachine
  16. Now we journey into cyberspace; into the orbit of the Apple corporation... ...here we have asteroids that bombard planet Mac. Any damage caused by these asteroids is hard to repair... I wouldn't know. Probably not.
  17. Do you have any other computers, preferably with different operating systems than Vista, that you can try it on?
  18. How about running your gta-vc.exe in XP Compatibility Mode? Or Win98?
  19. Have you seen all the other 0.2f request posts? If there was a release date, it would show on the destination time circuits graphic on this site (it would no longer randomize as soon as the page refreshes).
  20. No problem. Yeah, it should.work the same.
  21. Are you running Windows 7? If so, did you run all programs as administrator and the the 0;2e installer in Windows XP compatibility mode? To find out, check your VirtualStore folder in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\VirtualStore You have to show all hidden files and folders to do so. You will see a Program Files folder in there. Open it and delete the Rockstar Games folder inside. Then re-install and make sure you follow my instructions above. Oh, and you can edit your posts, so you don't need to make 2 consecutive posts for 2 questions.
  22. Oh, right. Data execution prevention (DEP) is only on Windows XP SP2 or higher. That includes Windows 7. I forgot to ask which operating system you are running. Anyway, here's how it goes. 1. Right click My Computer (or Computer) on desktop or start menu and click properties. 2. Click advanced tab or advanced system settings. 3. Under the performance section of the dialog box, click settings. 4. In the Performance Options window that appears, click on the Data Execution Prevention tab. 5. In the Data Execution Prevention tab, choose the Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select: radio button. 6. Click on the Add... button. 7. In the resulting Open dialog box, navigate to your Vice City directory in Program Files and click on the gta-vc.exe file from the list. 8. Click the Open button and then click OK to the resulting Data Execution Prevention warning that pops up. 9. Click OK at the bottom of the Performance Options window. 10. Click OK when the System Control Panel Applet window appears warning you that your changes require a restart of your computer. 11. After you restart your computer, try running VC again. ***Notice: this might make other games crash, so add them to the DEP list as you find them.*** That's how to turn DEP off.
  23. Try deleting the .set file in your Grand Theft Auto Vice City User Files folder and/or turn data execution prevention off for VC.
  24. Are you using Vice City or San Andreas?
