Well folks, Ive decided the most practical way to do any series of odd deloreans, is to have a base car upon which I can modify later, So I decided to finish the regular delorean before I attempt a monster truck... I keep modifying this model, I wont stop until I feel it is accurate to my likings.... I have obsessive compulsive disorder

I agree with you trance, but those are definatly temporary, I just made the wheels so I could take the focus away from my last monster truck model... usually what I do is make temporary parts for placement and size, then I go through and jack up the detail or replace them. see, I dont mind criticism like that because it is to help, and inspire. thanks for example, the first pic of the regular DeLorean had "textured cylinders" as wheels... I replaced them like so.. textures will be updated on this later, but I will also change out the wheels on the DeLorean monster truck

i think there is a misunderstanding, I am not using that model anymore. I am using the model in the second pic! about the back end, I was making the underbody, I hadn't put the rear quarter panels on, sooooo... to change the misunderstanding that first pic is going to be deleted, and i will modify my new delorean... ok?

which one looks like sh*t, i hope not my new one btw, the new one in the new pic I am still in the process of working on, so its not close to done also, I shared the idea with silver007 back in 2003- 2004, but he never attempted it, neither did I because I had no clue how to even start 3ds max back then lol

I have been working on this today, I decided since nobody (to my knowledge) has started a delorean monster truck model, that I would. I am also considering doing a Limo Delorean, Mabye if i can get some proper help, I can get it into game. I unfortunatly smoke real cigarettes..... And I have had 2 E-cigs.. here is my opinion If you dont smoke. dont waste the money on any product of that sort, and dont start smoking. If you do smoke, dont waste the money on an e-cig, they dont taste like a real one, are they harmful? No they keep you addicted, and they taste like a poor excuse of artificial flavoring. They also do not satisfy you like a real cigarette. I have had the cookies and cream, chocolate, strawberry, coffee and tobacco flavor. If you smoked as long as me, you cant really taste the difference between them, because your taste buds get shot. I am almost 21 years old, I have smoked since I was 16. It is really stupid, my advise to anyone is not to start in the first place. Once you get addicted you just put it off over and over til' its too late. Sadly, I cant imagine life without them atm.. With my current stress level, I don't feel like now is the time to stop. sad face

what I do is get a cheap fender squire strat and add new pickups and a toggle switch, good enough for me. you can pick up a cheap strat clone at most any pawn shop, but to be honest, you really need a good amp to go along with it. I would go with a tube amp, My dream amp is a marshall Jcm800 2205, but I have a similiar amp called a Peavey windsor. It is 100 watt, and is LOUD.... It also depends on where you live, If you live in an apartment.... 100watt = bad idea... if you live in the country or in a house not surrounded by evil old ladies who hate rock music, then you are good... but like orgcon said you may just want a solid state as tubes amps are loud. Unless you want to play live go with a smaller solid state amp.

Hi everyone, I was actually working on a map mod with some of my newer models, I was wondering if anybody on the forums has had experience with gta 3 map modding? I made some of the models, ipl, ide, .col, edited the gta.dat file and still no matter what I do.. it will not show up in game.. any suggestions? thanks in advance.
