  1. I don't like the simplest one, I think it looks "too" basic. It has to be at least NSIS MUI at a minimum, as far as I can see changing the look of the installer doesn't impact performance anyway.
  2. All of those images are NSIS installations, just with different plugins which give the setup file itself a different look and feel.
  3. I was considering which to use for the 0.2f installer, doesn't make any difference to me really. True Changing the pic should be easy, not sure about the colour but I can look into it, though personally I prefer NSIS MUI myself, it's probably just what I'm used to.
  4. Google Image search is your friend then. It's working for me, and it's working for Angelo....
  5. NSIS MUI is their own design, eXPerience UI is a plugin for NSIS, which is based on the look of Install Shield. I suspect that the picture of the computer can be changed anyway so that's not a big deal.
  6. NSIS MUI (Modern User Interface) - Ignore the fact the text is in spanish eXPerience UI If the image doesn't load try clicking this direct link: http://www.nicklib.com/data/file/bbs_pds/2...xperienceUI.png
  7. Ok folks, we have a working multilingual setup file. Simply click on the spoiler tag to view screenshots of the translated versions. I didn't think it was worth posting the English version, but if someone wants to see it just let me know. German SPOILER: Spanish SPOILER: French SPOILER: Italian SPOILER: This image needs to be tweaked to look better, but you get the idea. With special thanks to Mini-Me for all his efforts in creating the install script. Thanks buddy This does not mean that 0.2f is ready for release - we are merely creating the install script so that it is ready when development of 0.2f has been completed. So don't ask for a release date.
  8. Any thoughts on this Angelo?
  9. I believe that's how we were planning on doing it.
  10. We may not need to, and if we do it should only really be a 1/2 page document. Mini-Me found a command line utility off of which GTA Mod Installer was based, so in the new setup file all the models are installed via this command line utility, all handled by the setup file, which will negate the need to bundle GMI. So hopefully we may have a release where we no longer have to upload a separate sfx and img archive.
  11. I think you kinda misunderstood what I wrote, the actual setup file itself will be in multiple languages, as part of the install all the .gxts we have for the mod will be installed. And no Archer, english is english, there is no need for two versions.
  12. Since del is no longer doing any actual work on the mod, Mini-Me and I decided we would start looking into how to build the setup file using the Nullsoft Scriptable Install System. As part of this process, we decided that we would include additional languages so non english speaking players can install the mod with ease. To that end, we are currently looking at coding in the following languages: Languagereadme.txt/license.txt*.gxt-fileNotesEnglishdonedone Frenchdonedone Germandonedone Italiandonedone*.gxt-file needs to be updated to 0.2eSpanishdonedoneThanks go to Carlos We are open to adding additional languages, however we do ask that you take the following two three files and convert them into your native language, once converted, please email them along with a copy of your language .gxt file to admin@bttfhillvalley.co.uk http://www.bttfhillvalley.co.uk/languagefiles/license.txt http://www.bttfhillvalley.co.uk/languagefiles/readme1st.txt http://www.bttfhillvalley.co.uk/languagefiles/setuptext.txt EDIT - Please do not use this topic to discuss speculative dates for the release of 0.2f, it is still a long way from being ready, and may not even make a release this year. We are simply preparing the install script so that it is ready when the time comes.

So have these finished again now?
  14. He means 1955 Biff's gang.
  15. So in theory, angelo could make this, seeing as he is a wizz with C++. What do you say angelo, fancy giving it a try?
  16. Even if you were able to edit it, you would only be able to get it to work with 0.2d. Del always said that a keypad add on for versions 0.2e and greater would be impossible because of the multiple time machines feature.
  17. The guy who posted it originally, never posted an editable version.
  18. well it had something like T_TRAV in the line that creates the TC's for the spawned car(s), in sanny it's something like C Time
  19. I think that's because at the time I pre sanny builder code, what I took was from Bartons.
  20. 3/4 weeks for the clocktower to be finished. There are 3 more streets to model after that!
  21. It will take a while before we post any progress of the other streets. If I remember correctly the clocktower is being finished off first, so you can hopefully expect some finished pics being posted within the next 3/4 weeks.
  22. Of course, why do you think 0.2f is taking so long. The entire square is being redone before we release it.
  23. Oh we still have it, I have it in my 0.2f scm, simply because I'm too lazy to keep taking a car to sunshine and converting it
  24. Just to clarify, when I made that, it wasn't by editing the time travel code. Basically, we have a spawn code which was in use in the 0.2e beta's that would spawn a vehicle with time circuits by pressing sprint +fire. Originally the code spawned the BTTF II DeLorean (Deluxo), I simply changed the model number to spawn the sanchez instead

Fly the bttf II del up onto the roof of the tower, leave it where the lightning strikes, get out and see what happens when the clock strikes 10:04PM.
