daangelo29 5 Report post Posted January 18, 2009 Has anyone tried playing BTTFHV 0.2e in Windows 7 Beta? Is it more stable, or the same? I tried playing BTTFHV before, and the gameplay was smoother than it was on XP and Vista, but I haven't tried playing it longer enough to see if the mod can run longer than it did on the mentioned OS's. This is for not only the mod but also for my feedback about DirectX 11 and Windows 7's overall performance on programs and games.
Ronnyboy 2 Report post Posted January 18, 2009 Played it, seemed normal to me. A bit faster, but usual frame rate and graphics for me. Guess that means Win7 users will have more fun and less crash then with Vista.
daangelo29 5 Report post Posted January 18, 2009 Why did you choose the second one (still unstable) if you said there's less crash?
Saiyaman 0 Report post Posted January 18, 2009 Why did you choose the second one (still unstable) if you said there's less crash? "less" crashes doesn't mean there was no crashes hence the unstable..
Ronnyboy 2 Report post Posted January 19, 2009 Why did you choose the second one (still unstable) if you said there's less crash? I didn't vote that, I actually just voted now

Fishy-Fish 0 Report post Posted January 19, 2009 Not quite yet. Wait until final of Win 7. It'll be worth it. The beta still has bugs, don't forget.

daangelo29 5 Report post Posted January 21, 2009 "less" crashes doesn't mean there was no crashes hence the unstable.. I said "more stable" and "seldom/rare crashes", meaning it doesn't necessarily be no crashes at all.
