MODDED yep the Pc Version just came out yet someone has already made the glock shoot RMPs and made a handling line edit. Like Del said, he doesn't have any intention of modding GTA4. Other than the reason DK mentioned above, another reason why we want to remain in the older GTA games because we want most people to be able to play the mod, in a way that we won't force them to upgrade their PCs to play them, which is one big disadvantage in modding even though the game we're moving to is better in terms of stability and features -- Mods are free, right? Just forcing people to spend much money to play it ruins their description. San Andreas and Vice City run well on a PC with a 90s Intel graphics (Intel 82845G), but can it run GTA4 too?
