drumxkiller 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2013 I was thinking that when you have the instant time travel mode on it should be the sound of when the delorean comes back with Einstein in it in the beginning. Example: (goto 2:20 on the video for the sound)
Mike 214 Report post Posted February 22, 2013 The sound we use for instant TT, is the one used when Doc and Marty leave 2015 and return to 1985. The sound you are referring to is better suited to if you are watching a car re-enter (i.e. you're not driving it at the time)
BTTFModMachine 260 Report post Posted February 22, 2013 I agree. A better instant time travel sound would be when Marty, Doc, and Jennifer travel back from 2015 to 1985A in Part II.

BTTFModMachine 260 Report post Posted February 24, 2013 It would be the same as the cut-scene TT re-entry sound.

archer9234 20 Report post Posted March 8, 2013 The sound was picked because it was the one that synced better with the game. I've tried the other retry sounds. They where all rejected by the team.
BTTFModMachine 260 Report post Posted March 8, 2013 I am currently using the BTTF3 re-entry sound (the one where Marty goes back to 1985 across Eastwood Ravine). It can be found in BTTF GTASA sound packs.
drumxkiller 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2013 can you help me get that sound on to re entry for when its on the remote?
BTTFModMachine 260 Report post Posted March 9, 2013 Which one, the SA one I mentioned or the one from your posted youtube video?
drumxkiller 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2013 (edited) the one posted on youtube Edited March 9, 2013 by drumxkiller
BTTFModMachine 260 Report post Posted March 11, 2013 You would need a piece of software like this one: http://www.mp3mymp3.com/ It records what plays on your computer speakers. Just install and record the sound off your dvd. As for instructions, there are tutorials on their site (the link I posted).
drumxkiller 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2013 ok thanks but what file is the re entry for the remote or is it just one file for every re entry
BTTFModMachine 260 Report post Posted March 12, 2013 Correct. It's one file for every reentry, except for the time train.
drumxkiller 0 Report post Posted March 14, 2013 so is their any way to make it the sound (the one i posted) to make it the re entry for the remote?
BTTFModMachine 260 Report post Posted March 14, 2013 You need to record the sound with the software I mentioned above, use a program like Audacity to edit it and save it as a WAV format, then rename it as BAND_01 and put it in the Audio folder in the GTA VC directory. drumxkiller 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2013 how about just for the the re entry for the bttf1 car
BTTFModMachine 260 Report post Posted March 23, 2013 Same sound: BAND_01.wav
drumxkiller 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2013 so pretty much if i want it for that one car or for only when i use the remote it cant be done?
BTTFModMachine 260 Report post Posted March 26, 2013 The same sound, BAND_01.wav, is used for the re-entry for all deloreans, including with the remote. So, no. Not for only one car or just the remote.
