When and Where should GTA V Take Place?

you have to think about what would appeal to the widest audiences, and you couldnt really do much of a gta ish story in philly, you could do one in chicago i guess, would be best if it was set in the 30s and if it was all about mobsters and such. that would be kicka**

but i seriously think they should revamp san andreas (similarly as to how they revamped liberty city) set it in the 70s and deal with pimps, colombian drug traffickers and hippies

why Philadelphia?

they had the highest crime rate in 2008.

there's alot of rich history in that city.

i hold that city very close to my heart.

no it isnt, watch the movie blow. drug trafficking was HUGE in LA during the seventies.

the thing with philly is it may have the highest crime rate but most of it will be petty crime and gang violence. and i dont want to see another GTA game filled with brainless "gangstuhs" who think that normal people give two s***s about them.

as for it being closeto your heart. what is it that makes a city want to live near some kids most vital organ? i am of course ignoring the fact that your implying that your heart is responsible for controlling your emotions, because that would make you look like an idiot
