I'm not having any problems either with the textures. Simply one building near the clock tower is invisible.

Does that include water/sky/etc? Would be a shame to keep the old ugly vc ones. Only thing i find wrong about the custom effects is the massive amount of pink lights on the time machines... its just wrong But the rest is good
