  2. Not to mention how hard these models are. A million separate pices with a ton of textures on different uv channels. I can't even find stay pufts uv channel so it's likely anyone else can.

  8. Thanks guys. Sorry it's been such a wait i've just been working on a ton of things and real life and all that irrelevant nonsense. Anyways As i have stated i got a new computer and have been playing with enb since i was never able to. Some cool pics and a vid with the TT models which i do plan on releasing soon. Might just make a moddb page for them i'm not sure. Anyways, eye candy is always fun. And micro that headlight scripts is still acting all blinky. Def not a frame rate thing.   9. Actually NTAuthority's fix worked perfect. I saw you were having some problems with the effect.fxp making it crash but it worked great for me.

I have read around that when using GTA United and other Sa limit adjuster mods using ENB is typically done by renaming the SA limit adjuster dll and using asi loader to load it but i am not having much luck with this. Blue, I know you know about it and have done it. I'd appreciate any advice but surely someone else maybe knows as well? I'm just getting into ENB since i can actually use it.

  12. You don't have to say it lightly haha. I appreciate it though. Indeed it was a budget build and i'm hoping to get some good frame rates. I have never even attempted to run IV on any of my other computers so compared to anything i have it's amazing. You all will indeed be seeing videos i'll be filming so i suppose we'll all see.   17. DK name one time you've been a pain in my a$$ He can't because he hasn't. As with any other community there are drama queens. Gotta fulfill their needs somewhere. And indeed welcome. There is in fact a lot of knowledge here and usually you will get help even if the question is relatively noobish unlike gtaforums or other modding communities. This is also a nice little place to learn about other peoples projects aside from the HV mod.

  19. Haha, ok so major bump but thats how this project is for me. Very long term. Anyhow, I have been converting a map from the game Land of the Dead Road to Fiddlers Green, which is a terrible game but a friend of mine created a mod map for it and with his permission it will be included in my zombie mod whenever it comes out. The map is based on a bunker/mine storage area with old missile silo's. I included the trailer for the movie in which you can see some of the environment. " width="600px" height="361px">" />" width="600px" height="361px" allowFullScreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" /> Most of the movie takes place underground and only the underground section has been done although i did a generic above ground and made a cool lift to take you up and down. Heres some pics and a quick vid. I plan on doing a youtube vid once the map is fully complete and i am going to convert the zombies as well. For now though, it's killing me not having anyone to talk about it with and feedback is always good. Keep in mind still very much WIP. On a computer that's better than mine the audio is more in synce with the timing of the lift but since this is just for the idea i didn't care how crappy the frame rate was haha.
  20. You could try that but if it crashes make a simpler col. No you don't need to do anything to the textures.
  21. Since it's for VC chances are you will need to make a new model since VC can only handle low poly col models. Is it a building? Just use basic shapes and match them to your building and attach them all together. Go into vertex mode, select all the vertex's and weld them to .001. Then i use max script COL_IO_2B. Hit set surface, then create boundings and export. Make sure the name in the box on the script box is the same as your mesh. Then download steves col editor 2 and open the col file. go to edit mode, face, select all, and set the brightness near the middle. Also select the different appropriate poly's and assign the different col surface types, I.E. floorboards and such. Then hit save and test. You'll prob need to play around with it. If you were doing one for SA chances are you could use the dff as the col model although if you're doing a TC map this is not recommended for game stability reasons. An added step in col editor is to convert it to col 3 format as well. Col's can be uber low poly since all your character needs to do is bounce off it. In VC col's are placed in with the map files next to the ide and ipl and in sa they are placed in the gta 3 img.

  23. Import an object from the default map to compare to an item in your map like a computer desk for example. Scale it down to the size you want. If you have multiple objects right click on the scale tool and take note of the number that way you just input this number to other objects. Then make sure you go to the hierarchy tab and hit the "reset scale" button.
