gtavc is too fast on my comp

gtavc is too fast on my comp making it impossible to go on the bttf mod so i'm putting the gtavc enbseries mod on it to slow it down anyone has any other suggestions please post(things that slow vc down)

if gtavc is too fast and your running at max setting that means one thing... you have a bad @zz pc and maybe you should run enb series
