If you ever watched the deleted seen when biff was disappearing, they said Loraine shot him in 1990, then how would he give the book to his 1955 self in 2015, if he wasn't there?

Lorraine shot him in 1990A. Biff dissappeared in normal 2015 cause he made the alternate time line by giving the almanac to himself in normal 1955. That's all. Done.

Thats the point of bttf2, doc says that if you see yourself face to face it creates a paradox which will ultimately destroy the universe, thats exactly what biff unwittingly does, luckily it gets reversed by marty and doc when they burn the book before the universe is destroyed

speaking of burning the book heres another paradox from Part II

When Doc and Marty burn the book in 1955 they eliminated the need to travel BACK to 1955 so they too should have been changed back to 1985N instead of 1955 then Doc would have never been struck by lightning and sent back to 1885

No. Zimeckes made it clear that people from alternate paradoxes stay within there own bubble universe. Once Marty and Doc fixed everything, it was set back to what happened in 2015. If that didn't happen, Biff would of canceled his own plan, in the first place.
