That's a crock, cartridges are there own chipset. The game is meant to be played directly through the cartridge instead of through an OS like playstation and XBOX use.

thats what i was told. cds are probably cheaper than cartrages.

That they are, since their just a disc of plastic with a film (which holds the data) embedded into/on it, instead of spending the money on factories to produce the cartridges (which for each system had a different shape) they can just make the game discs for less than half the price.

NES games are good. BTTF NES "Sucks Monkey F***".

The japanese version of BTTF Part II for the Super NES was bearable for me. Alot better than BTTF for NES!
