question: How in GTA Vice City BTTF disperse a time machine with a train of time?

The pure release 1 doesn't have that feature. In order to use it, you need to install the MAIN.SCM UPDATES 20081208.

Then you can press the same button as the one to e.g. hover convert (normally NUM 4/5) and they're lined up.

The Release 2 obviously includes this update.

That's what I thought, too. At least for this matter since Release 2 is just a repack.
