Custom Vice City Vehicle Paths

Anyone know a good tutorial on how to make custom paths for vehicles? I need to practice for later versions of the mod. I keep trying to search GTAF for a tutorial but The search engine is down. I remember someone on this forum made custom paths for .2e hill valley. i just need to know of the vehicles. I pretty much have the peds down. But I tried making paths for vehicles but the cars won't show up :S. Please help me.

with that but you need to create the zone if you want to use path for hill valley

I did everything but map.zon because that is for loading the map.
