Because it would be nice to keep them organized, promote more polls and help the Modding team have an easy way of seeing what people want in the mod... Interesting.... however, a suggestion does belong in the "off-topic" section, if no the GTA HV Section, And if a question ever DOES arise, there can be a clean orderly vote...
