    Hm, for those of you not familiar with the game Jedi Academy, let me explain.

    It's a Star Wars game that the developers made heavily moddable, nearly anything can be created. Sure the engine's old (Quake 3), but its still alot of fun to mess with. The developers have released alot of tools to make modding the game easier, short of the SP source code. T_T

    Anyways, pretty good for an up-and-coming mapper, don't you think? Yea, it needs some work, but it's a pretty good map, for a start-out.

    The swoop bikes need to be converted to DeLoreans though, maybe *cough* someone on the team *cough* could lend a model to him. He's planning on releasing all 4 eras of Hill Valley, or so he has told us. Wouldn't a DeLorean in HV look alot more appropriate than a swoop bike? Having said that, lightsaber-toting-McFlys dont look right either.


  2. Well, uh, Blue didn't you quit? So isn't that redundant?

    RC is a great feature btw, but.....in .2e is there some kind of key combo to program the time circuits in the Del you're driving to the Del that just time travelled? I thought there was and if there isn't can it be in .2f? Presuming we've found a new coder ofc....


  3. Well, I was wondering, I mean, there's not much moving on either Doc OR Marty's part other than Marty moving along in the Del and Doc walking across a few feet of train a couple of times and then hanging around for abit.

    so I was wondering, ofc this is going to be a mission, but how could we make it more interesting? I mean its not like we could have an actual sidling of Doc because 1, you can't sidle in this game, and 2, i think that being Marty in the DeLorean would be boring seeing as he only has one interactive thing with the whole hoverboard thing....

    I was thinking perhaps a button sequence a la San Andreas, I know we've talked about it with the Johnny B Goode sequence but never implemented it. Pressing the right buttons moves you farther along the train, too many mispresses and Doc trips and makes a gruesome mess on the train tracks, and you fail the mission.

    That's as far i got tbh. T_T After the train hits 3000, idk how the rest of the mission would play out.


  4. Anyone played Nuts N Bolts?

    Man, i haven't but I heard it was a really good game.

    So, I hear there is this level that incorporates certain elements seen in worlds from the previous games.

    So i looked up the game, and OHMAHGAWD I had a nostalgia attack when I heard the Banjoland tune, pure brilliance!

    Has anyone here played the Banjo games?


  5. you know how you turn on the time circuits or...you are approacing 88mph and the sounds from the ingame environment, aka radio station music, other environmental sounds, when you boost with the flying circuits, ect...is there a way to make it so that they DON'T fade out? It gets kind of annoying when im jamming to 'tallica and then it gets faded out im like DAMMIT.


  6. Well, i was doing lunch things today at lunch, and my friend sam *who i should mention is a HUGE BTTF fan* came over and started talkin to me about random nerd things.

    ANYWAYS, he starts talkin to me about this mod he found on the internet that had some kind of hybrid between KITT and the DeLorean on YouTube *nods to Blue, crediting his aweosmeness*, i said "Oh, you mean the Knight Industries Time Traveller? I've seen that, I know the creator of it, he's the same guy that does that BTTF mod that i keep raving about."

    "ORLY? Dude, that car is fsbking awesome man...there's this other complete KR mod for SA that i found too, its pretty BAMF."

    "HOLLLLLY CRAP, Sam, why don't you just go onto our forum we have?"

    *gives forum info*

    See, the BTTF mod transcends even the internet and into the realm of REAL LIFE. Which was very unnevering.....but funny just the same.

    Also Blue, my girlfriend liked your Evanescense video. :D Although probably more for Evanescence, but she thought the stunts were good too.
