Here is a new gta-vc.exe: http://www.mediafire.com/file/ok4mmytxmg4/gta-vc.exe I want one person who has had problems with my textures to use this exe and tell me what happens. If it works I have solved a major bug.

The textures can't be in the next release or any other release until I figure this out.

I had hit a limit even VCLimit Adjuster won't help.
