nope.i imported that skin into paint and saved as for example marty2015.bmp and it saved in bmp format

Hello guys.I have a little problem with my skins.I downloaded from this website and converted to *.BMP from *.JPG and putted into skins folder it looks like this and in-game looks like this So my question is: What went wrong with my skins? P.S i know this is not the right section, but i couldn't find the help section.

and another problem that i have is when i put clothes in skins directory in game there is no clothes in options.
