Too bad we no longer have the spawn code. I remember doing the same thing to KITT back at 0.2d beta when it still has the spawn code.Oh we still have it, I have it in my 0.2f scm, simply because I'm too lazy to keep taking a car to sunshine and converting it

Just to clarify, when I made that, it wasn't by editing the time travel code. Basically, we have a spawn code which was in use in the 0.2e beta's that would spawn a vehicle with time circuits by pressing sprint +fire. Originally the code spawned the BTTF II DeLorean (Deluxo), I simply changed the model number to spawn the sanchez instead

Prepare yourself for the worst then buddy, because if we run out of space, it just has to be one of the first things to be removed from the mod, since it is completely unrelated to the trilogy.
That's not to say you can't make a special version of the scm for you though.

if the dmc 13 as a time machine does get removed could there be an addon for people who still want to have the dmc 13?If it is removed, it will be because we have physically run out of "features" coding space, meaning you couldn't add it back into the mod, even if you wanted to. At least not without removing other features first.

Just to clarify, we have two different space limits in the scm, features, and missions. (so removing the ride mission wouldn't make a blind bit of difference)
It's the coding space for features which has nearly been used up.
We are trying to make a list of what can be removed IF we do run out of coding space.
Definates:
DMC-13 time machine
Past and future deloreans feature
Maybe's
Multiple time machines
Animations
That's just for starters, I'm sure we can think of more features that can be pulled, IF we need to.
Also, it's not likely that we will put this to public vote, at the end of the day, we need to do what's best for the mod, even if that means sacrificing some features which people like.

They are the same models, just with different parts of the models and textured upgraded. What we use now is just an evolution of the old models.

DK will need to make the special characters, i.e. different letters with accents etc over them, as I only replaced the english letters in the txd file.
But as it stands, is the new version a keeper?

Nope, no camera shake, didn't happen in the movie, so it won't happen in the mod.
If people want it then maybe Mini can code it as an add-on, though it would be a very pointless one in my opinion.

I think Darkslayer just got confused, the fusion unit powers the time circuits and the flux capacitor.
Mr Fusion powers the time circuits and the flux capacitor. But the internal combustion engine runs on ordinary gasoline, it always has. There's not going to be a gas station around here until sometime in the next century. Without gasoline, we can't get the DeLorean up to 88 miles per hour -

Of course, why do you think 0.2f is taking so long. The entire square is being redone before we release it.
