I was thinking of nixing RC and replacing with an autopilot.By autopilot do you mean autodrive, as in the autodrive you made for KITT? Because as I recall the SA version of that kept getting lost
-
okie dokie.
-
Your welcome mike. Are you able to work your magic on the VC wheels too?
-
That's funny. -
Do the fire trails actually harm you in SA? for example, you wouldn't expect to stand in a flame and for nothing to happen. Is it possible that if you stand in the flame for x amount of time, you will set on fire.

I am, that was one of those little things that annoy meMike will be very happy, lol.
I will package it up tonight (I assume the changes are that we are simply including a bttf.img which the models will go in, and renaming bullet.dff and sparrow.dff in gta3.img) if there are any other changes just let me know.well, i need those wheels tomorrow, and see if Mike can package a 0.1.3.2 as well.@DK thanks for uploading them ready.

I hate the new photobucket player, it takes an ice age for the videos to load even when playing them directly.
Looks good though (I did at least get the latest 2 videos to load)
@Angelo, do you have hell on the brain or something?

First one for the win
and that length looks fine

i just signed out and looked at the register thing and it does have a capthaMust admit I haven't actually applied this patch since there were no manual editing instructions, and I believe the file in question has been edited for some of the mod's we have installed here.
PM Flood Control Patch for Invision Power Board 2.3.6 ReleasedWe have received numerous reports from clients regarding spamming on the Personal Message (PM) system in IP.Board 2.3.6 and below. After consulting with reCaptcha (the provider of the captcha system in 2.3.6) we believe that humans are being used to bypass the captcha and then the newly created account is given to an automated script which sends PMs in huge quantities to your members.
The patch we have released today introduces a flood control setting to the PM system in IP.Board 2.3.6. This will limit how fast a member can send PMs thereby giving you and your moderators time to ban the offending account.
The download of 2.3.6 in the client area has been updated with this patch. If you already have 2.3.6 installed, you can download the patch along with instructions right in this topic. Applying the patch is quite easy but if you have questions feel free to contact support. If you would like support to apply the patch for you be sure to include your admin username and password, and if you are not an IPS hosting customer, your FTP details.
Upcoming IP.Board 3.0.0
IP.Board 3.0.0 contains this update already and new spam mitigation tools such as timed user group promotion. We are also exploring new centralized spam identification and banning services which we hope to have updates for you very soon!

unless someone knows how to model better.*Yo Carlos/K/Liam*
-
And models? This is a particle...lolI was having a blonde moment.
So how come it doesn't look as bright in the day?
The one from the old buggy mod looks as though it stays the same (though that is perhaps because the present time was before 00:00)
Edit - I would say it's the desert that's the issue then
-
Definately looks better at night.
Is it possible to code it so that it uses a different set of models depending on the time of day? I know this would be doubling up on the amount of models you are adding, but, this way you could setup one set of models up for use during the day, and another set of models for use at night.
-
I prefer the bigger one myself.
-
That's cool Can you do a video of it in action?
-
That's ok, no major rush.
-
Completely off topic, but do you have time to fix up the wormhole code for VC so we can retest? I want to try and get VC fixed so it doesn't keep crashing on loading script.
-
My bad, I misread it.
-
I would upgrade it today if people could live with the default 3.x skin.
I think I will need to end up paying to have someone make a skin for us.
-
You know, I don't get why you keep deleting it -
It doesn't uncompile it completely though does it? Meaning that you don't get the original source code when you uncompile.
-
Link me up to some options and I'll look into installing it.
-
No, it is not compatable with Invision 2.x.
-
Seconded, lol.The only way to keep bots from bay is to have some sort of a feature here in the forums where the admin himself would have to check the newly-made accounts one by one to determine whether to validate them or not.

Microman I must apologise for that, it was indeed a bot that signed up and then proceeded to PM everyone on the board.
Both the member - Lyagushkka and their IP 94.142.128.140 have been banned.
