I think he means the particle effects for the CO2 coming out of the vents...Ah the vent smoke, well he should have said that
Basically the particle effects were edited in order to cater for the effects on the Rogers locomotive - they haven't finished being tweaked yet so the vent smoke will change. It will be a compromise though since we don't have anymore particle effects left to use.
If we had a way of adding more then we'd be sorted...

I'm still not getting it. Take a screen shot and circle the part you are talking about. The louvre is the sunshade on the back of the car, it's nothing to do with the exhaust.

The short answer is yes.
The models will be released initially with 0.2f, and then released a few weeks later for GTA SA and GTA IV. Conversion of the new models to SA and IV are currently in the works.

at least we know we wont be waiting another full year.
If you check the comments page on YouTube you will see I made a comment stating that it will most likely be around this time next year when it is released (and I'll say it again here, don't hold me to that)
