In that case, I'll just disconnect from the internet before April 1st and stay disconnected until sometime April 2nd. Following that, running a scan with AVG 8 just to make sure. Is that pretty much what you suggest?

Anyway. So I should already have the Conflicker Blocker patch from Microsoft (heard about this virus in a newspaper, go figure ) since I have never turned Microsoft Automatic Updates off on this computer (Windows Vista Home Premium SP1)? Is there any other way to make sure that my computer doesnt get infected? I heard AVG 8 is good for removing Conflicker. I've had AVG 8 for months and it has blocked almost every attack on my PC. A small trojan got through once but that was easily removed.

I don't know if you already know this or not. But FileFront is being shut down at the end of the month. The forums have already been shut down with the homepage and network sites to follow at the end of this week. Now, this may just be a early April Fools joke. If it is, I'm not laughing but I thought I'd post this here as I would hate for whoever uses the upload system to lose their stuff. Re-download all your stuff in your profiles, if any, back to your computer just to be on the safe side. If the network admins there are screwing with us, they'll have one less member to deal with. With that in mind, download anything that interests you from the network sites incase this turns out to be true.

Because it won't last forever. Seeing as how BTTF2 was set in 2015, and the new official date for Judgement Day according to T4 is somewhere in 2018, don't you think alot could've happened in the years between those two? Maybe, Doc could've inadvertantly help to create the conditions that would've ultimately lead to SkyNet taking control. But then again, its your mod so it entirely upto you guys.

Just a quick random idea. What if, when travelling to 2018 onwards, that we get sent through time to a post-apocolyptic Hill Valley over-run with the pedestrians NPC's with terminator-like textures. For example: Dark sky Destroyed or crumbling buildings NPCs with resistence figther-type textures and terminator-type textures fighting each other Stuff like that. It would allow BTTF to tie in nicely to the Terminator franchise. (SkyNet had to get the whole time travel idea from somewhere. A mission could be that SkyNet captured the DeLorean and Doc, forcing him to build the temporal chamber that the terminators use to go back to 1984 and various other time zones). Like I said, just a quick random idea.
