Try increasin the loudness of your sounds using Audacity.
You can open both, the original SA sound and the one you want to be it replaced with, in Audacity and compare/edit the volume.
Then, before exporting, delete/deaktivate the SA track.

In my vehicles.ide, GameName is SPARROW.
Checking Sparrows audio using SAAT (ID 98 according to the info from thte link, thanks) seems to be OK - definitely heli sounds.
Still my sparrow sounds like a car in-game..

Instead of recording sound output using Audacity while NFS is running, you might be able to find modding tools for NFS (if available) to extract sounds from its game files.
That should result in better (original) quality.
You could still use Audacity to convert extracted audio files to Wave if needed.
Also you might need to edit extracted/recorded sounds to match the correct lenght/duration of the stock SA sounds you want to replace (at least that would make sense to me).
I can't help with telling you which files you would have to replace with SAAT.

since I know you guys have changed the DeLorean sounds, do you know if there is a config/'text' file in SA's directory that contains sound-ID's for vehicles? That would be easy..
And while we at it,
does anyone know how the vehicle engine sound of the Sparrow helicopter were changed to be car sounds in SA?
I never understood how that happened. I couldn't find related stuff in the cleo code - This topic makes me think it was done by the installer.

Not that I could give you a detailed how-to but you might first describe what exactly you want to achive.
While you already have Audacity and SAAT installed (?), do you still need instructions on how to use these?

No.
Any filters applied to a track usually reduce the quality (subjectively) if you don't know what you're doing.
It just need to be exported (saved) in a format of your choice.
Wave (.wav) is probably what you want.
For mp3, the LAME plugin for Audacity is needed which you can get at Audacity's website.
I'm not sure if you need the ffmpeg plugins. Probably not.
It is very easy however, to cut off silent/redundant parts at the beginning/end of a recorded track.

For recording, I'd recommend Audacity. It can not only be used to record Mic input but also Master output (anything that goes through the soundcard).
To add sounds in-game, it depends what you want and what game you want to mod.
For replacing sounds, there is a audio editor for SA - You might find tutorials on the web.
If not replacing sounds, you might need a CLEO script that triggers them - You might find tutorials on the web.

You have a good sense for perspective (but I think you messed up the DeLoreans hole front part/hood - not just the wheel (; ).
The perspective in the spidy pic is awesome (have you cheated with by using template?).
Even if the portraits are not perfect I did recognize Mr. Bean immediately (well, batman too).
The posture of Batman and Mr. Bean are kinda strange, though.

replace $PARKED_CAR16 with a cleo variable (1@ or whatever). It's recommended to not add/change game variables.
IIRC, 'parking' a vehicle makes it also be saved in the savegame (and being handled by the game in some memory pool - maybe you're exeeding a limit). In case thats not your purpose, you might consider simply spawning it.

Sorry if it's isulting but in my opinion, those idiots can be lucky they didn't kill anyone not involved.
It's simply more 'intense' if doing that stuff in real life. If they think they really have to race they should go on a real race track where they can kill them selfs as much as they want.
And it's on the news! Oh, that guy was about to visit a benefice event - they didn't even mentioned which one.. other people died too, without needing to be that stupid.
Sorry but I don't feel sorry for the racers.

Even though I get nearly no new messages lateley on youtube (before the Google- thing; ), I logged in regulary (often daily) to check my inbox.
Now I keep this habit to send a daily feedback message to youtube about missing/broken comments system.

I sent them bad feedbak right away (feedbak button) after I tryed to fiddle around with G+.
I was searching for my saved messages/PM feature, which is the reason I supposedly had to create a G+ account in the first place because I wouldn't get notifications about new comments of my YT videos (according to a warning-banner in my YT inbox page that appeared before I connected my YT acc to G+), but gues what - there is nothing.. no link to my inbox/messenger! Neither in YT nor in G+
What the f***ing s**t f**k are those idiotic morons thinking (if at all) !?

I don't have any use for all that social stuff, and what it actually should do is either deeply buried and I just havn't found it yet or it is misleadingly named after some cool socioal network term which doesn't tell me anything because I just want to access my freaking 'messages'.
I can however access my inbox via the bookmark that is saved in my browser but I guess that doesn't make much sense at the moment.
Oh, one more thing. I don't know if its a bug or a feature but currently I cannot see any comments at all on any video on YT.
That just doesn't make any sense!
[ wait a minute... puking ... OK, done ... Now let me quickly DISCONNECT that stupid Google+ account ... Done ]

Actually, I found that bump to be quite reasonable - even though I use a dumb fone.
This project seems too usefull (the reason you bought a smart phone, remember?) to get lost.

It could as well be 2015 or [insert year here].
The longer it takes, the bigger is the chance that it will be rocking.
If you read something like "It's possible to be released at ...", It's more likely this is just said to stop those questions from being asked.

So are you (and now me again too) while Mike actually has a good reason for doing so as he takes care of possible misuse of this forum. Remember StevenLovBttf also wants to sell selfmade BTTF props. So it's important to know if one doesn't talk with the mouth especially if answering relevant questions are kept not beeing answered using doubtable excuses.
