Has anybody ever left their time circuits on, Plutonium/Mr. Fusion filled, and a ped stole your time machine?
Happened to me once.
After reading this, I decided to see if it would happen. I went around to the mall (where most of the crooks are) and left the Delorean's door up, waiting to see if someone would take it. While I was waiting, I hopped into another car so I could chase him. While I was waiting, someone jacked the car I WAS IN instead.
Wasn't expecting that

Even if it was real (which it isn't), in a cell phone limited age, there wouldn't be much conversation to be had on such a phone.
And without any signals or service providers (as everyone has pointed out), if she had a time traveling buddy, it would be still be completely useless to try and use them.

I've seen a lot weirder stuff than that.
I think the creators of BTTF should be flattered. They have now taken the vague 3 pronged logo and engraved their own idea into people's minds.
It's almost like taking credit for fire or reinventing the wheel.

And I disagree with the mission structure being the only way to do a free roam game. Minecraft is a perfect example of that.For someone who has trouble juggling countless things at once, it's great for me.

Future versions of the mod will not have the ride mission anymore since it's not canon. So yea, the mod team is completely taking that, putting it in a trash bin, lighting it on fire, putting it in a trash compactor, and finally setting it out to fend for itself on the interweb.Hmm, can't say I agree with that. It was a pretty short mission and just a little one on the side. I guess I didn't really see a problem with it.
By that logic, is the 04 Delorean also going to be removed, since it also is not technically canon?

Without missions in a 3D kind of GTA setting, it'd be almost impossible not to just get confused or lost. I know I would.

I love how none of them can mutually agree on WHAT will happen. If it WAS without doubt going to happen, don't you think most, if not all of them, would agree on what was happening?
Some guys (even now) are practicing day in and day out with a legion of loyal followers for the day. I would love to see the looks on their faces when nothing happens and their loyal little legion turns on them.
I would pay to see that.
Think about how many times the world was going to end, even in my lifetime (from 86). Too many to count.

They probably will eventually; it's just not important right now.
I also hope they fix the start of the game, to make it so you're in 1985, not 2008.

Marty could then wander around the school looking for jennifer and avoiding the likes of biff and his bully cronies and Mr strickland. If you die (are beaten up) or are found by a teacher you return to the start of the level in a nearby class to try again. Once complete you have to take jennifer for a soda quick kiss then dad interrupts. Make your way back home (no rush) and go to bed. Cutscene (doc rings you waking Marty up to meet at the twin pines mall).Wait, why is Biff here? If Marty is going to pick up Jennifer, then technically it would be the 80s, and Biff would be in his 40s. No real interest in harassing a kid when his father would do, right?

I wouldn't have a problem with that if it was mostly California/barcode plates. The problem is, it's mostly Florida... in California.

It's more than just that, and no, it's not because of looks.
It's not worth explaining; just take my word for it.

That's just not me. When I get attached to someone (for good reason), I can't just throw them aside like that. Especially considering how much I wanted to get to know her, there's always hope I'll see her again. It's not like the entire world; it's a concentrated spot.
The fact I ever found her to begin with was lucky, so you can always get lucky again. I don't dwell on it, but I remain hopeful.

Have no clue about coding, but ideas is all I can offer.
As for urgency... my best guess is to have a time limit. That worked pretty good in Vice City.

He should definitely be firing a shotgun at you. Get away before you get killed or damage the time machine too much. He's on foot, but he's a crack shot. You should fail the mission if you run him over though, might screw up history, scare people into thinking there's some alien killing people, etc.
I think that's at least how it should play. Shouldn't be too hard for Vice City.

To just come up with like that is kind of hard. We should do a specific "What shall we do for this one part?" one by one. It'll be a whole lot easier to come up with ideas that way.

You mean like adding things between them? I always liked the small ones like getting to school on time, or someone even suggesting having Doc collect parts for the time machine, etc.
I have a question regarding cut scenes; you guys can't animate the figures to move, mouth and all like in Vice? Thought I'd ask since the ones in BTTF the ride, they're just standing there, and I figured that's pretty much the best you can do since you didn't actually WRITE the game.
If you could own just one piece of the Delorean, which would you choose?

I thought of this, imagine you see the time machine, but you can't take it all with you, which part of it would you decide to take?
For me, it's hands down the barcode license plate. It's probably my favorite thing on the entire car.
