I wouldn't either since that's more than enough to buy a PS3 or XboX 360 and GTA IV for those from gamestop and play on those consoles.
-
Some kid on a CNC MP server said he spent $750 to play the game and the high settings still lag he got some Raedeon card and said Nvidia doesn't make good PCI-E x16 2.0 cards.
-
Some person on MP said he already spent $750 to play GTA IV with no lags and the high settings still lag and he got some Radeon card. Too bad the game won't run on any of my PC's.

This is a good config because there isn't a lot of glare.

I have a 965 ChipSet Family and ENB series work after I updated the drivers, I have to use .74a For DirectX 8.0 less lag but the reflections are crappy. Why didn't you get a name change?
-
The ENB series work now I have .75a and I get about 3 FPS if I don't modify the configuration setting and I get about 8 FPS if I configure it. This is the Stock SA and it is not playable with The ENB series.
EDIT: It seems DELB was correct when I read his post on GTAForums
http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=367770
Now can you help me get The Dex'x GFX mod to work the game crashes at the Pictures of the players screen before the start game screen.
EDIT: I used .74 now supporting DirectX 8.0 and now there is playable FPS although it's too bright and it's pretty hard to configure it.
-
That's why my 965 is slower than my 64 meg Intel card on my desktop.
I installed the latest update now what is the benefits?
EDIT:Now I see the benefits, there used to be a lot of lag with a 100,000 poly car now no lag, I have a feeling the enb series would work there is not lag but the textures on the freeway don't always appear.

If you believe it can't play IV at a smooth rate, Intel 946GZ supposedly shouldn't play GTA4 at all. It's about 5-7 steps away to meeting the graphics processing requirement to play the game in the first place.I'm currently using a heavily-modified PC (mostly by software). I'm currently using a "software technique" (a shader-emulation technique) to have GTA4 working, the same technique I use on Spider-Man 3, Resident Evil 4, Prince of Persia (2008) and most of all Crysis to make them all work when they shouldn't on my onboard crap.
I'm not sure what FPS I get, but the gameplay is smooth. Somehow my software technique works on GTA4...while it doesn't work on GTA3, GTA:VC and GTA:SA (the technique doesn't work on RenderWare engines for some reason). No lags at all at low settings. Very few lags at medium. And lags (that I can accept having along the game) at high. Also lags only occur on few parts of the city. On other parts, everything runs smoothly.
would that mean the ENB series could work on a Intel 965 Chipset Family? With carmods without ENB series the game is very laggy on this 965 card. And I use carmods that are about the same number of poly's. How would you get GTA 4 to run on your card though? Although my computer has a better card it probably has a worse CPU I have a 1.46 GHz Dual-Core and I doubt GTA 4 would want to run on that.

I don't know why, but it looks like a Acura TL mixed with a Holden Calais.
And KITT I thought you said Chrome rims look crap and your dad doesn't like chrome rims.

Don't drink and drive at the same time, and if you do, don't spill.

Here is my 3rd backup PC It can't Play GTA VC decently never tried SA or 3, the stock VC gets a lot of lag.
Present
Compaq Presario
Some old Intel Celeron (A guestimate would be less than or around 1.2GHz)
Windows ME
128MB or RAM
Video car guestimate would be less then 32 MB (GTA VC requires 32 MB and i still get lag with a 32 mg)
17GB harddrive
I don't know about directX
Terrible speakers(No sound most of the time)
This computer laggs when playing The Sims 1
working floppy broken Hard Disk Drive
Old monitor
The hard disk drive sometimes didn't open and this computer gets the blue screen of death frequently.
Past
Quickstar PC(Maybe)
Cpu worse than 1.GHz (guess)
Video around 16mb
10GB hard drive
I never tried any GTA game and games like rollorcoaster tycoon 1 or zoo tycoon lagged a little Blue screen of death fequent.
Windows 98
(Present)
Laptop
Some old toshiba (gray and it has a box shape instead of round curves)
3GB harddrive
8mb graphics card
16MB of RAM
No CD drive
Windows 95

I would say Angelo is the best moderator at this site.

You should really ignore GS. Don't bother saying sorry it's his problem now.

I drove the K3000 without any handling mods or vehicles.ide mods, I have a replay of crashing into a securicar in Las Venturas going about 110 MPH and the car goes into the ground.
-
SPM on KITT 2000 does more than taking you halfway across the map, I don't like how the front of Kitt 3000 Attack mode goes into the ground if you accelerate to fast causing sparks and the car goes into the ground and it's stuck.
-
$100 in cash.
-
That's what trbo boost does. It boosts you up in the sky.I was driving 175 with Kitt 3000 Attack mode and I didn't use the less traffic cheat trainer and I was passing all cars but some cars like to cut you off and when they did at 175mph i used turbo boost and it took me from the middle of Las Venturas Freeway to the middle of Los Santos freeway.
-
It's cool when you lose a wanted level and use a trainer to spawn the New Attack Kitt 3000, however I can't seem to use any of the weapons for Kitt 2000 I see no junkyard Kitt and TurboBoost makes you fly.

I rick rolled some on the shout box and rick rolled Johny for saying Mr.Bean is kinda gross. What would you do if someone said you were gross?
-
That wasn't a rick roll it was a Barack roll.

I guess it's the snow mod but my GTA SA (I have 7 GTA SA's) most or 90% of the vehicles are modded since I don't like motorcycles, Bikes or planes, or boats as much cars, but I know how to change a boat or bike or plane or motorcycle to a car however it affects missions like the first one I replaced the BMX with a BMW M5 and it's weird.
GS, have you 'D those links on the shoutbox?
Guess what people on CNC MP think about The_Doc
