  2. Interesting....it doesn't show the current vehicle, but shows others? Thought it was only the delorean, but regular sa cars have the problem too

  5. really REALLY bad example (I'm no modeler), but here's.....ok, it will not really look like this, but the shape will. All i did was make a sphere , cut it in half, and took a section off it. hence why it looks like one.
  6. I really have no idea what filter gta has up at night thats dimming all the particles.
  7. oh yeah, new vent glows. The previous ones apparently didn't light up at night, just like the old wormhole, so its fixed now.
  8. yeah, i like 7 better too. If you got used to vista, 7's not that far off since it was based off of vista.
  9. oh well, whatever. I created one ribbon for testing, so you'll see the results sometime tonight or tomorrow.

  14. 2 or three models of curved semi transparent ribbons that when bunched around creates a wormhole type effect. Such as seen here Experimental nature right now, but we'll see if it looks good. Speaking of which, if you want to know my plan, it is to create a bunch of them, and rotate them to a random angle each frame in order to create the "illusion" that the wormhole is a moving one and not a static one.
  15. I'm just doing the coding, lol. All I'm waiting for is Carlos to be free so he can update the deloreans. Mike's the one who does the documentation and installer. Though if anyone wants to help, i am interested in the "ribbon" wormhole concept used in the screensaver.
  16. and I fixed a flickering particle problem that was plagueing most of it. Probably noticed it on the wormhole vid. Its kinda cool now because I added a size variation, so like the glows aren't static, but appear dynamic like there was something flowing inside. And I just found out you can time travel to avoid missiles....
  17. thats why i'm not using the older lighting I'd rather have a bright wormhole during the day rather then a dark wormhole at night.

  19. Problem is during the day Kinda Personally, i like the newer blend ids better then the old one.
  20. i rather not for the wheels, lol. and more playing around with wormholes. Found render flags. Thats the SA wormhole btw, not the VC.
