I myself wonder if the mod works at all with VC CLEO. I somehow remember it didn't.I still guess it didn't work because of the following situation: the mod has a "Save Game" menu entry and the CLEO code also has one. Maybe they interfere.

how about this solution: shoot at the TM with a gun until there's smoke coming out of the car's front.
That's when a green lamp appears above the TCs that says "ERR". when you NOW get struck by a lightning, you get sent to a random date as well as you get sent to one when you NOW TT normally (maybe even to the Nth dimension since we all still need to use 0.2e [as Mike told us several times there'll be no more Nth dimension in 0.2f]).

Hey everyone.
I just found this article on the website of the Austrian newspaper "Der Standard".
It's about a BTTF mod for GTA IV called "GTA IV: Hill Valley" that apparently was made by someone called "Seedyrom34". There's also a youtube video posted in the article.
BUT:
While watching the video both the DeLorean AND the TT effects looked VERY familiar to me.
The Delorean is obviously DK's conversion and the TT effects are for sure bttf92's.
So if I had to guess I'd say that the mod from the article is a plagiarism.

When I downloaded CJ O'Hummer's addon package, I created some textures on my own that I thought would go with it. He made Starfish Island "LYON ESTATES", but the road signs pointing to it still said "Starfish Island". I made new road signs pointing to it that said "Lyon Estates" in place of "Starfish Island".screw the roadsigns, I didn't take care of them since there's standing more on them than just "Starfish Island".

how about THAT solution: Use a "normal" Browser like Internet Explorer of FireFox by default. Google Chrome is both bulls**t and a spy.
Plus, from time to time every server needs to be partially updated which means that some sections of it might be unaccessible for that time.

sorry, but that'd mean that you could get struck by lightning while "flying down the skyway" in 2015 as well. and that's something the mod team wouldn't want to happen. so I don't think so.

That destiny ship looks similar to a Cardassian Galor class ship from Star Trek.

That won't help. The DeLorean is bound to the ground, so even when he attaches it to the flying TT the connection between them will get lost as soon as he lifts up the train into the air.

it's actually impossible in VC. Plus, in 0.2f the BTTF3 TM won't be able to be pushed by the time train any longer since there will be the roger's locomotive, as you can see in
video that was posted by the mod team on YouTube way back. -
It's been discussed for about 2 years now that there won't be ANY mission in 0.2f!!
You can even read that in the FAQs.
By the way, the clocktower lightning run is NOT a mission, it's a TT option until 0.4 (0.3 is just for the 1955 map).
