About This File
This update will remove the Evilraptor HV map mod, leaving in place just courthouse square and a simple road to enable users to drive across to it. The update will also downgrade 30+ vehicles to their original Vice City condition, this should help out with preventing crashes (especially in 2015).
In order to install this update, we recommend the following steps:
1) Install a fresh copy of Vice City
2) Install the main 0.2e setup file Click Here
3) Install the Hill Valley Terrain Col fix update Click Here
4) Install the updated gta-vc.exe Click Here
5) Install the latest main.scm update Click Here
6) Install the 0.2emap+waterfix+cardowngrader.rar (click "Download File" at the bottom of this post) and use GTA mod installer to install
