UPDATE+FIX(somewhat): Hill Valley Terrain Col
Updated terrain to see if the col file's the cause of the hook bug for some people, but it helps to have a less complicated col file anyway.
Put into your data/maps/delorean folder.
EDIT: fixed clocktower in this one
EDIT2: New exe test and fixed Hill Valley Cols
EDIT3: One of the walls was missing a back x.x
EDIT4: Old exe is up as well if people want to test both
