In o.2.e there was a White starting line on the Black Street to Hill valley, now i cant find them because the new street, did somone find it ?

in 02e there was a white line on the ground so that we now where we need to wait for the ring, where is it or where we need to wait ? 

Where we can get the Roger Locomotive ?
