  1. @Doc-Holliday: I have. It's very annoying. It's a fad that has to die. It is no longer welcome. Even it's original creator is hating it.

I've come to hate my own creation! Now I know how God feels. - Homer Simpson.

Really though, I think the thing I hate the most about it has got to be the fact that people call it peanuts or whatever. If you're going to give that piece of s**t car a name, at least name it the God damn Knight Industries Time Traveler.

  2. The way I see it, if you're going to build a time machine into a car, make it a car that says BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I MAKE FIVE FIGURES MORE THAN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, besides, the all aluminum and plastic construction made the flux dispersal...........

  3. I once had the Time Circuits set for my actual birthday, and I hit one of those construction worker guys in front of Sunshine Autos. Another construction worker ran up, jacked my DeLorean, said "I will erase you from existence" then sped off. I heard time travel sounds, then my game crashed

I thought "Holy s**t, he actually erased me from existence"

  4. Here's my idea:

If you've ever started a TV from roughly the same time, you notice that the TC takes a second, because they work with superheated vacuum tubes, and it takes a minute for the picture to turn on. The DeLorean had to let the tubes warm up, so Flux Dispersal started earlier that expected, so the tubes could handle the kinds of stresses needed to control the time machine, and it had to warm up before doing that. I guess the reason the Flux Dispersal didn't start until 84mph because Marty didn't shut the god damn door! Maybe the Time Machine won't let you time travel with the door open, but the tubes were warmed up enough so when he shut the door -POOF- it started right up. If you've taken the cover off an old 50s-60s era CRT TV that uses telletubes, and heat the tubes up enough before you turn it on, the picture comes right on in an instant, so maybe.....?
